Carolettings Recenzje

Since moving in, Laura has been amazing help. The flat is up to a perfect standard too! I couldn’t recommend more

Everyone’s so lovely here, the place is lovely and whenever u need something sorting it’s done so quick. I love it here already

My experience in the Poets place has become almost surreal. I have 2 friends and my twin sister all living in same building as me. Its like I have my family right next door to me!!

When I recommended Poets place to my friends and sister, I sent over Laura's contact details and she made their moving very easy and seamless. Top agent she is !

I met with Laura and she explained how the building works with Lettings and gave me a tour of the amenities. I felt confident that she would be able to let my property and she proved me correct, even getting an interim let during the summer months before the academic rental period starts. Thank you

Caro Lettings recently managed to find a new tenant for my flat and the set up process is quick and smooth. Laura is very helpful and efficient, the overall experience in the management of my property is very good.

I have stayed in caro for about 9 months. My experience was great. They have amazing staff like John . People like them made my stay in caro like home away from home . Very supportive person .

Good experience overall, the apartments are good and had all I needed. Prices are convenient with respect to other similar solutions.
The major downside was the long time to get responses by email.

It’s a lovely accommodation and provided with quality appliances. Very supportive and responsive staffs. A big thanks to Laura (Lettings Manager)for making this process simple and smooth. As a first time renter, I never faced such difficulties same as my friends had. It was facile. I recommend Caro Lettings for ease renting.

Very helpful and responsive staff! Had a minor issue in my flat when I moved in at it was adressed within 2 hours and fixed the next day.

Lovely place, ran by lovely people - big thank you to Laura for making my move so simple and easy.

As a first time renter I would recommend Caro Lettings all day and everyday.

We are Ukrainians and wanted to rent a house from Caro Lettings. They greeted us so nicely, showed us the apartment, took a 160 pounds deposit and promised that everything would be fine. But then they refused, saying that we did not pass the test. The deposit was never returned to us. This office is a scam. They just take the deposit and don't return it for various reasons. they are blatantly cheating! I strongly advise against doing business with these scammers.

My experience living with Caro(city point) was great! Had a great time whilst living there! my shower and toilet needed fixing but as soon as I reported it they sort it out for me so quickly, they definitely do value their tenants! And again it’s a good value for money on a plus side you get en-suite for just £99! Now tell me that’s not a bargain

Affordable place to live and staff are really friendly!

Nice accommodation, even better price!

reception team are lovely, they always sort out my issues, currently in my 2nd year of being here and i plan to stay for my 3rd!

Great Place, great staff!

Good quality for what you pay and not too far away from everything. Any issues are always resolved quickly.

This is a great central location, just a short walk away from LJMU campus and city centre. Very reasonably priced and secure property. Lived here for 2 years and had no issues.

Great location, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, close to John moores university, safe and secure
