Bike was easy to assemble. If you are on medication to control your heart rate you cannot get accurate readings on your fitness level because you won’t be able to get to target heart rate. This was disappointing to me. I have to settle for trying to beat my previous power levels in order to see improvement. Couldn’t finish fitness test it just keeps starting again because your heart rate isn’t at target. Also the seat is not very comfortable.

I’ve had a mixed experience with CAROL Bike. Delivery and setup were smooth, and the workout itself can be effective. However, the bikes seem to have some quality issues—mine started squeaking loudly, requiring costly repairs. Customer support was initially responsive but became unhelpful when the warranty expired. The design could also be improved, as the seat and handlebars aren’t adjustable and the seat is quite uncomfortable. It has potential, but for the price, I expected better durability and support.

The bike was very well packaged for shipment and works perfectly. I also enjoyed having a zoom call with one of their trainers to match the bike's workouts and features and schedule them to meet my fitness goals.

Super solid bike! The AI and user interface is top notch and feedback after each ride is encouraging. Getting the equivalent of a 45 minute run in less than 10 minutes on the bike is a game changer.

The app keeps saying update subscription even though I brought lifetime subscription.

Love the CAROL I have been using it for over 3 years now and what's awesome about is it is constantly improving and using the latest science to enhance the experience and physical benefits. I compete in XC and enduro mountain biking and this bike has saved me hours of training every week.

Very good communications and an on-time delivery despite adverse weather. My weekend project is to assemble my bike, learn the app and how to use the bike to fit my needs. The bike is constructed with rock-solid material making it safe at high-speed peddling.

I have the original bike. Had it about 3.5 years. It might be the smartest purchase I’ve made in my 50+ years in this planet. If you saw me at 40 vs 50 you wouldn’t believe it. I don’t LOL

Over time the had more rides added and the updates keep it fresh as ever.

The bike seriously made me want to make a YouTube channel or whatever because I’m just a regular guy and everybody out there are influencers. I just can’t be bothered so this review will have to suffice.

Everything was great dealing with Carol Bike. The only negative was with the delivery company. We were set up for delivery on one date and a week and a half before that date the bike was setting outside in the rain.
As far as the rest of the experience, it has been great. A great product.

Bought a broken bike second hand. It was no longer under warranty or anything. I contacted carol and they helped me troubleshoot the bike and helped me order the correct part for it. The part came quickly and fixed the problem. Wonderful customer service!

East buying process with lots of resources available online to make the purchase decision. Fast delivery. Easy self set up. Settling into a routine and feeling better already

The company has been fantastic to work with. When their last-mile delivery company lost my bike, I notified them about the delay, and they promptly resolved the issue. To minimize further delays, they even shipped a second bike to me directly instead of using the same company. Their customer service has been exceptional. I also appreciate their offer of a one-on-one consultation with a fitness coach to learn how to use the bike. Although I haven’t used it yet, I plan to get a few more rides in before taking the coach’s advice.

I love this bike. However, there was a tech glitch in which the iPad that the bike comes with was not being charged by the bike. I had to take the iPad out and charge it externally. Tech-support was very responsive, and they were able to diagnose the issue over FaceTime. They are in the process of sending me some new parts for the iPad docking station, and they have told me that they will send a technical person out to fix this. As far as the bike itself, I love it. It is well built, sturdy, and a pleasure to ride. I love the software that comes with it. It’s great to know all these metrics about your ride and I love that the AI designs a workout that’s tailored towhatever your fitness level is.

Fantastic Bike and Incredible Support

The bike is pricey but worth the expense. It's well-made and fully-featured. The support team is fantastic. I've reached out with questions and support a few times, and they've always over-delivered. Love this bike and this company.

75 years old and using Carol, she is such a grinch, squawks at me every day, to help me recover from cancer treatment. I have had significant improvement in my overall cardiovascular conditioning even though my treatment has significantly affected my lean muscle mass. I love it.

Terrible Experience, do not recommend. We have requested the bike to be returned as we are not proceeding with any further repairs or fixes on this unit. Nearly a month has passed with an inability to use this bike in any meaningful way. At a price tag of $3,600+ cdn, we believe there are many other options that will offer substantially less problems. We will begin to seek those out.
There was a point that I was super excited when I purchased this bike and I couldn’t wait for it to arrive to give it a try. We bike daily in our family and I was so excited for what it might do. The bike we purchased took far longer to be delivered than promised, the shipping and communication was very poor and the office thought it was to be delivered right away but actually it wasn’t and no one knew where it was until one day it showed up. I received the bike in the first week of December, put it together, used it three (3) times then the power stopped working to the tablet where we could no longer turn it on. Guess what, you cannot use the bike at all without the tablet, not even a free ride as they say it can wreck the bike. The tablet simply flashes on and then turns off again. After many days of troubleshooting, they decided to send a new tablet which showed up right before Christmas. I’ve used the bike about five (5) times in total as it’s been unable to be utilized because of the tablet problems.
We received a new tablet and it works fine but I’m now locked out of ALL programs as I don’t have a membership that I apparently need to purchase for $25/month. We were promised, due to the problems we had, there would be a few months given for free yet nothing is on our account and we can’t ride at all without a membership. Tried to ride over the holidays and I cannot even do a free ride it the basic demos as the screen stays greyed out for everything. I can set up the program but then the start button stays greyed out not calling me to ride.
Overall, I couldn’t ride this enough to even give it proper reviews. The administration of Carol is terrible, their promises are empty, the tech support is subpar and I don’t think they do well with Canadian customers. Highly recommend you look at another provider as this is simply not worth the price or effort. I literally wanted to ride this all December to determine whether or not the 100 day money back guarantee was worth the effort, I’m glad they at least have that so I will be returning the bike as soon as they respond.

The service team at Carol reached out to me with a phone call the moment they knew the shipping company made an error with my delivery. Jim, Mario and the support team handled and resolved my issue with absolute professionalism. Thank you Carol Bike.

I’ve owned a Carol bike for 5 years ( first generation!). Recently tried the new version at a conference and happy to say it was the same dynamic workout! Without reservation, the best cardio workout. I highly recommend for best fitness results in minimal time.

This bike is amazing. I use the 10 minute workouts whenever I need a quick fitness session due to my busy life. When I want to watch a podcast, I put it on free ride and I can ride for an hour or more. I can do Peleton classes with my sister. I love the freedom that this bike gives and I love what the ReHIT workouts do for my health. Work smarter not harder :)
