Walked in without an appointment and greeted immediately, shown the car we had seen online, given lots of time to view it alone, no sales pressure, test driven with Sam who was very helpful with his knowledge and advice, we bought the car. Could not fault any of the experience.

Really impressed with everyone at Carlingo. Didn’t feel pressured at all and it was a swift and professional service. Thank you so much! I love my new car. Apologies to Danny during the test drive as I did break quite hard!

We came to Carlingo as my niece had bought her car from them and they had a few different models of what we were looking for.

I was a bit apprehensive as I don't like pushy salesmen! However I had a great experience and I approached Stuart rather than the other way round. He was really helpful and professional, not pushy at all and didn't make us feel rushed in any way. Once we had decided on the car and done a test drive we went to do the paperwork.

All communication was great, I can't fault anything and when we came in to collect the car it was Joey dealing with it and he was also lovely.

Loving the new car and would recommend Carlingo :)

Carlingo was by far the best car showroom we had visited in our search for our ideal car. The staff,from choosing our car, to taking it home, were welcoming polite and friendly, professional in their care,and easy to speak to. The place was spotless and inviting,and lots of variety to chose from.

Just bought a car from Carlingo in Harrogate. Jimmy was amazing,so friendly and helpful. We were not pressured in any way. There was so much choice and we were left to wander round before making our decision. The handover a couple of days later went smooth and we drove away feeling very satisfied with the whole experience.

I absolutely love my car, and I was really happy with the sales representatives I dealt with, Danny and Ryan. Both were really personable, helpful and laid back. I would definitely recommend Carlingo and would use them in future. Being female, the whole car buying experience felt daunting, but I didn’t feel intimidated at all. Thank you for your help!

I wanted a car to replace mine that was stolen, I find one on Carlingo website. Having rung to double check it was still there, I was able to secure a efundable, no obligation to buy reservation until after I'd seen and test driven the car. I did this and bought the car, the servatikn fee was deducted from the price. I collected the car a few days later. I found a couple of minor faults and rung straight back. They were really helpful and booked it in straight away to have it looked at/repaired. All the guys I spoke with, on the phone and at the showroom were all friendly, approachable and helpful, and answering any queries (their coffee is pretty good too).
They made the purchase so easy and stress free, can't thank them enough.
It is worth knowing also that they have many more cars to browse at their harrogate showroom than is shown on line.
I'm very happy with my car and with the service at Carlingo, would definately recommend them.

Both Sam on the forecourt and Danny in the sales room were fantastic. Very personable and not "salesy". I was worried coming in after a past bad experience with another company but I was happily surprised.
