Whilst most of our work concentrates on sourcing the vehicle and making sure it is the right one for the customer, we also rely on the delivery company. It seems you did have good service from the driver despite having to assist him - which actually makes you a 'good samaritan' so thank you.

This is my third EV lease since 2020, and e-Car Lease have been by far the best broker I’ve dealt with.
I had some quite specific requirements that didn’t fit the usual lease offerings, but Andy went out of his way to source the exact spec and options I wanted from the dealer network. The paperwork was sorted quickly and the car was delivered within just a couple of weeks - amazing service!
