I ordered an in stock EV on 4th April
I ordered an in stock EV on 4th April. Unfortunately it took 6 weeks before it was delivered. This was due to VW finance and a huge mess up of getting contracts out. Completely out of e-car leases’ control. I chased them, and they chased VW, and got as frustrated as I did with their excuses and pretence that it was being sorted.
Mike was constantly on the phone to them (for hours usually!) and always updating me which was appreciated. The admin team are also quick to respond to any queries etc.
Finally got my car which I’m really happy with and I’m really happy with the service e-car lease provided. Would use them again :)

A huge apology for the issues you encountered. We have 100's of vehicles affected by an unfortunate system issue with our trusted finance company. The impact and disruption on our customers has been seismic. So sorry for the disruption to you.
