Zero stars. Purposely false advertising. Use John Lewis’ name and show a product that is far superior to what arrives. Their reply when I said the fan was a static, cheap piece of plastic and nothing like was advertised? “ The promotional materials provided by the manufacturer may have been somewhat exaggerated, but the intention was to highlight the product's features” May have been?! Absolutely purposefully cheating people out of money. Promised partial refund has never materialised despite repeated emails. They state it had been requested/sent. They no longer reply to my emails. Avoid et all costs.

After spending money returning a fan item i bought, the refund has not been paid till date. They confirmed it had been sent and i need to wait to get it. This never happened.They deliberately request for evidence of return transaction over and over even if you have sent to them already. They are a total scam. Avoid them as product and company are both fraud

They are scammer. Please do not buy anything from this company. They charged me £53 and I received a cheap quality fan worth not more than £5, which looked like a toy. Not even similar to the advert. They are crooks. They deserve fewer than a 0 star.

I purchased fans from this company which were supposed to have a cooling system . What arrived were cheap fans worth no more than £10.00. Please do not trust this company. It's adverts are misleading and products grossly overpriced they need to be shut down as they are scammers.

Bought a fax from them. Is fake fax. This items was showing on TV and online.

There also used John L. Name as from them. Please been careful. Is fake.

Only got 1 Star as i couldnt give zero. Do not buy from this so called company, its a SCAM. Saw their advert for these amazing fans, i watched the videos and thought for the price that they looked amazing.

Wow was i wrong. Looks like the fans delivered were made on a 3d printer and would cost around £5 to buy from non scammers. The fans arrived and are NOT the ones that are advertised in the videos about this fan. There is no Oscillation. The fans have no power at all and are powered by USB. The reviews on their website are all fake and the pictures are of the fans we thought we were getting not these absolute garbage we have received.

We have emailed them and the reply we got back said that they cant do a full refund as they have already paid for shipping and manufactor. They did offer £20, whether we ever see that is very doubtful.

These chinese companies should not be allowed to sell these fans or any other pieces of equiptment. Be warned people.

So wish i had done a bit more research on this so called company before i'd wasted my money.

Only one star because there's no zero. This company is a scam. Ordered the fan and thankfully paid via Klarna who has halted further payments. The fan is cheap plastic, nothing as described, another rip off out of China. The advertising platforms should read these reviews and remove their access.

In a nutshell this fan does not do what the advert says. Just avoid . The reviews on there web site all false

Saw advert in TV so bought this fan advertised as Ultra-quiet and energy-saving cool air conditioner fan with air temperature sensor, 3D Oscillating circulator.
But fan was nothing as advertise,
No air cooling facility,
No Temperature senor,
No Oscillation.

It’s just a small standard fan can be fought for under £10.

As this was nothing like as advertise I requested refund but I was informed that I have to ship the fan back to China with expense from my own pocket, Once the item is received and inspected, then will proceed with the refund.

I wish some authority could monitor those false TV & web advertise ripping off public with false advertising.

As last reviews this add needs to be taken off all advertising channels, purchased one myself thinking I purchased something great, how wrong was I. Very cheaply manufactured no oscillating side to side up/down, usb cable very short so restricted to where you can have it.LED lights that bright you couldn’t possibly have it on at night and as been quite this things rattles so much. Wished I checked out reviews earlier but ordered over a week ago and arrived yesterday. As other review if 0 was an option that would be it, save your money, if recently ordered cancel straight away as the website doesn’t look great with their policies. Am trying to get refund but I know I’ve just thrown money away.

I paid £79 for a fan and the product that came was nothing like what was advertised. A complete scam and very difficult to return. Please avoid at all costs.

Please don't waste your hard earned money on this scam product

Absolutely disgraceful. This is a scam operation made worse by the fact that YouTube/Google are platforming it through paid ads without vetting anything. Just taking the ad money — as if they need it. Shameful.
I paid £99 for 3 fans, based on a YouTube ad claiming they were 50% cheaper than John Lewis, with high-end features: remote app control, water vapor functionality, and multi-directional oscillation.
What I received is utter junk – cheap plastic fans, no app, no water vapor, no oscillation (not even side-to-side), poor airflow, flimsy USB connection. I wouldn’t pay a tenner for one, let alone give them as gifts (which was my original plan for my elderly neighbours who care for my dog).
Worse still – MALWARE ALERT:
When I scanned the QR code in the YouTube ad to check the source, my phone was hit with a suspicious pop-up saying:
"You have 700+ photos – click here to view."
This is classic malware – an attempt to hijack or snoop on your data. That’s cybercrime, and a serious data breach. And YouTube/Google? Still running the ad for months with zero accountability.
Caritrun's customer service is a joke. After contacting them (on advice from my bank), I’ve had 5+ emails back and forth. First, they offered £30 refund. Then £50, if I kept the junk. They say I must pay to return the items to Korea for a full refund — but that’s illegal under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I’ve made it clear:
The products are not as described
I’m entitled to a full refund
And they must provide a UK return address or cover return costs — as required by law.
It’s clear they’re trying to wear me down.
I’m now proceeding with a chargeback via Lloyds Bank. I’ve also raised the malware and advertising misconduct as serious concerns. This is more than bad business – it’s potential criminal activity.
Avoid this company. And shame on YouTube/Google for letting it happen.

If possible no star, Very poor customer service, ordered 2 fans and today makes it 5days no delivery, no communication. The order status is still preparing for shipment, I sent an email to ask about the order no response. Please if you don't want to loose your money, buy elsewhere. This caricrun.com is the worst online shopping site I have ever seen and experience.

I purchased two fans that are nothing like the advert on the internet. they are very cheaply made with no instructions and cost me £79.01 they are 100/% CRAP and a total SCAM. The highest setting is way to slow. I have bought cheaper fans in the past that worked and came with a plug. Avoid these People like the plague and buy elsewhere.

Caritrun.com is an absolute scam, avoid at all costs!! Advertised as a rotating portable fan with no plug shipped to the UK, it lacks any operating instructions. The fan is very cheaply made (using extrusion moulding), which is evident in its poor appearance for a 52£ price tag. I could buy two fans that are more powerful and rotate! There are no return procedures and only a building address, so no chance to return if you are not satisfied, like me!
