came into Carhartt this afternoon ( 01/08/26 ) to just have a look around at the new stock and also sale

I was helped by Max who was absolutely brilliant. He was so helpful , polite and friendly and really helped me out with all my questions and sizes. Made the whole experience absolutely brilliant. A credit to the company . Nice one max 👍

I didn’t take the name of the gentleman who served me but he was also very helpful and provided great service too.

My recent experience with Carhartt has left me utterly dismayed. Having purchased an overall from them, a brand I've trusted for years, I was appalled to find that the item I received had clearly been worn before. It arrived with a dirty tissue in the pocket, along with bits of paper and small stones.

What's even more disheartening is that Carhartt attempted to pass off this pre-owned item as new, blatantly deceiving their loyal customers. To add insult to injury, their proposed solution was a paltry 6 euro refund for an item that cost well over £100, or the option to return it.

As someone who has been buying from Carhartt for years, this experience has shattered my trust in the brand. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by their lackluster response to such a blatant issue. It's unacceptable for a company of their caliber to engage in such deceptive practices.

Given this experience, I am left with no choice but to reconsider my future purchases from Carhartt and hesitate to recommend their products to others. It's disheartening to see a once-respected brand resort to such tactics, and I hope they take swift action to rectify this situation and regain the trust of their customers.

They have great products but buying online is a different story. I am waiting for over a month now to refund an item sent from London on the 5th of January. The tracking said they received it on 7/01/2021. Customer service is very nice but all they do is blame Brexit and covid.

Update 23 Feb - I received an email from customer service saying that they are very sorry but "heavy snowfall in parts of Europe have caused some delays".

Refund received the next day.

Zero stars. The most shocking service I have ever experienced from a company. A complete f**kling joke!!! Ordered over £350 worth of clothing in the sale on 5th January. Contacted via email on 11th, and 21st to see where the hell my order is, and not one reply to date. I have been a customer for well over 25 years. Not any more.

Having worn Carharrt products for near 30 years, I have continuously given these guys the benefit of the doubt, especially now under the current pandemic guidelines. If you order, you better be damn sure it's ok. Dealing with returns is a nightmare as I think someone is taking the items from the UK to the Netherlands on foot. My current return has been 3 weeks in transit.

Ordered a backpack over 2 weeks ago, the item didn’t arrive.
I sent 2 e-mail to the customer service at “info @ carhartt-wip.com”and didn’t get any answer.
At this point I’m afraid they just stole my money.

For a brand like Carrhartt this is unbelievable. Or not?

They just lost a very loyal customer.

I recently purchased two pairs of pants and a number of shirts from carhartt.com!
ORDER NUMBER: 647518618159

When I purchased my pants and shirts it's was written nice and clear that I would receive free shipping and returd, if I purchased for more than €125! I purchased for well over €160.

When I tried to return the pants, I was told I had to pay for the return!
When I've contact the customer support I'm just getting getting spun along by their customer service who is refusing to help!
I have even provided them with evidence of time-stamped screenshots off the promises of free return!

But they don't seem to care at all...
In conclusion I would warn anybody against purchasing anything from them.

As you can see I was contacted by carhartt.
I thought perhaps that would be a solution, what day proceed with sending me the exact same standardized emails, as before!!
Nothing new they just keep trying to spinn me along.

I would still warn anybody against this company, it is absolutely horrendous! Carhartt will treat you like absolute garbage.
