No problem ordering or receiving …

No problem ordering or receiving promptly, BUT package was in a clear royal mail bag that contained the original packaging completed ripped in two and some one has had a go at plastic packet with a sharp instrument! Not actually used opener yet so cannot say if it has been damaged in transit or how it performs.

Odpowiedź od Care Superstore

Good morning Carol. Thank you for taking the time to review your order. I am sorry that you found that the packaging was damaged when you received your order. Unfortunately, as we use an outside delivery company, we are unable to track how the packaging is being handled. I trust the item itself is in good condition and that you are pleased with it. Kind regards Ruth

I found this company to not contact you

I found this company to be quite good on price. However I paid a decent amount for next delivery and didn't receive it for two days. When I could of paid a fraction of the cost and still of received it in the same amount of time. I emailed the customer support team and have not heard anything back. I'm not to happy to say the least

Excellent

The item arrived on time even though it was a couple of days before Christmas. Ordering online was easy, it was my first order but I was made to feel a valued customer.
