Janet was very understanding, patient and efficient. She answered all my questions and concerns, and I am overall extremely satisfied with her service.

From start to finish my experience with CV People, and in particular Adeel, was outstanding. The first meeting was efficient and Adeel obtained all the information he needed in a relatively short period of time to produce the first draft of my CV. I provided a small amount of feedback and the finished product is outstanding. Also my revised LinkedIn profile is so much more professional and focused. Thank you Adeel!

Janet Higbee is such a genius! Very pleasant, professional and easy to work with. She literally helped transformed my Resume and ensured I was extremely satisfied with my Resume, Cover letter and LinkedIn optimization.

Thank you so much Janet, I thoroughly enjoyed doing this with you.

I’d choose you over and over again!

Fantastic service. I am very pleased and delighted with the overall service and outcome. Ashleigh, who was assigned in doing my CV. She did an absolute sublime job. From the initial chat to the end product. Will highly recommend anyone looking to get their CV completed

Overall it was a very positive experience with CV People, and Sarah W has captured my experience and expectations in my new CV, covering letter, and LinkedIn profile. The initial meeting showed that Sarah understood my industry and she was able to tailor my complex background accordingly. My only negative with CV People is that I was informed that all CV writers are UK based, and will have an understanding of your industry which was a prerequisite when looking for a CV provider. My first CV writer was neither UK based, nor did they have any understanding about my industry. CV people sales should be honest about these issues. However, once I highlighted my concerns it was was quickly, and professionally handled. So in summary I would recommend CV People, they provide an amazing service, however, the sales team need to be honest and not just be looking to get a sale across the line.

Excellent insight provided by Louise at all stages! Highly recommend!

I needed to update my resume that was nearly 15 years old and do it quickly. Chris J was fantastic. Responsive, easy to work with, and quickly understood what I was looking for. His first draft was so close to spot on! I only had to do some minor tweaking of facts. I would definitely work with Chris and careersexpert again!

Great expirence with Purvak! He was very friendly and helped me write a resume and cover letter that makes me feel more confindant about job applications moving forward!

Janet did a fantastic job for me re-writing my resume and updating my LinkedIn page. We had a great phone call to discuss my experiences and what I was looking for. She was very thorough and helpful.

Chris was efficient and quick to reply throughout the entire process. He provided valuable assistance in crafting my resume.

After being out of the job market for 12 years, I needed to rewrite and reformat my CV to suit the current market/expectation. I was assigned Adeel who was very professional, patient and helpful. He managed to grasp my requirements and understood what my chosen industry would expect, including some helpful tips on what recruiters are doing with AI.
I would highly recommend his services and the company to anyone looking to actively search for jobs in this competitive market.

I was privileged to have gotten Purvak as my CV and cover letter writter. He was professional, friendly and had fulfilled the expectation that I wanted for my CV and cover letter. Purvak tailored my CV and cover letter to my degree, and I am excited to utilise my CV and cover letter for jobs around my field.

I initially didn't have a great experience with the service and was later reassigned to Angelica M who was very helpful and turned my experience around. I'm very happy with the documents she created for me.
