Mijn iPhone 13 deed opeens niets meer. Geen enkele indicatie gehad daarvoor. Wel had ik een dag voor de 'storing' IOS 26.3.1.a er op gezet.
Cardservices.nl had al snel ontdekt dat het moederbord vervangen moest worden.
Binnen 36 uur kreeg ik 'm weer netjes thuisbezorgd.
En omdat de batterijconditie nog steeds 100% is, is de 3 jaar oude iPhone 13 na de reparatie weer letterlijk 'als nieuw'.

Goede ervaring. De service was vlot, snel en duidelijk. Prettige communicatie en snelle afhandeling.

Snel en goed geholpen door het ervaren personeel. Hadden duidelijk veel verstand van wat ze deden!

Kennis van zaken de goede onderdelen op voorraad

Ik had een spoed geval. Zonder grote verwachtingen werd ik op locatie Zwolle super geholpen.

Van A tot Z goed geholpen! Aanmelden van verzoek op de site, een tijd kiezen, naar Zwolle rijden en binnen een half uur is er een batterij vervangen en een nieuwe screenprotector vakkundig geplaatst. Dank voor de kwaliteit en de service!

Ik kom hier al jaren en ze zijn heel vriendelijk en professioneel. Vandaag kwam ik te laat op mijn afspraak, ze waren zo vriendelijk om alsnog de batterij van mijn telefoon te vervangen.

Card services is probably the worst credit card servicer out there. You talk to 10 cs people you get 10 different answers. They hang up on you if they don't like what you ask. They ask for itinerary when you travel then decline your card for no reason. Let's get smart America. Don't bank with any bank if they use card services

I just wanted to contact card services about reward points and travel insurance. On the phone I went through a lot of choices and finally got to concierge services and they said the number wasn't in service and hung up. I tried emailing but my email address is too long for their algorithm. My wife emailed a week ago and they have ignored her. We've been with them for about twenty years and they don't care

They are Apple authorized repair center but they charged customers just because they couldn’t find any fault during their testing.
It was horrible customer service. I asked for repair Apple Pencil. It supposed to charge and detect immediately on my or on their device. It was tested in front of their own eyes. When they sent email to me for pick up, not giving me any reason but only an invoice. That is very unpleasant service.
Customer deserves at least an explanation if my device is in warranty and if they want to charge any fee.
I was forced to pay unreasonable testing fee because they were not capable to find any problem.
I need my pencil immediately because I had work after few days.
After picking up my pencil, of course as they said, they did nothing. The pencil didn’t work again!
It happened last month and I was very busy, I couldn’t send back to them the 2nd time. They just replied my on the phone: I should send back the pencil and this time they will not charge any fee.
Hello? I suppose to get my fixed pencil and not be charged the first visit. If they can’t bear any possibility that customers may send them a ok product, then don’t be Apple’s authorized repair center. That is not apple service core value.
Again, My device is in warranty, without any damage. Just had problem with connectivity and charging. Without any service and I had to pay testing fee. It was wasting my money and time.
Strongly no not recommended! Horrible!

Mijn MacBook 14 inch Pro Display was plots kapot. Doorverwezen naar Card services Zwolle en zonder afspraak direct aan de beurt. Ik werd ontzettend goed geholpen en stond na 1u alweer buiten met een gerepareerde laptop. Ze hadden de onderdelen namelijk op voorraad en alles viel onder de verzekering. Professioneel en vriendelijk personeel. Hele fijne ervaring en ik raad ze zeker aan! Dankjewel my upgreatest en Card services Zwolle.

Uitstekende winkel met vriendelijk personeel. Telefoon werd heel snel gerepareerd!

Deskundige hulp en heldere uitleg en advies. Soms heb je dat gewoon even nodig, zelfs als je zelf al heel veel kunt met je Mac.

Super goede service! Vriendelijk, deskundig en er wordt tijd voor genomen.

Niet te verwarren met ICS..
Dit is een Apple reparatiebedrijf / service provider. Keurig bedrijf dat je probleem oplost en daarbij gaan ze best ver als ik dat zo aanzag bij een andere klant. Vriendelijk rustig personeel.
In eerste instantie had men mij een lader met te laag wattage meegegeven, en daarna gratis omgewisseld voor een duurdere. Zijn de kleine dingen, maar maakt wel dat ik vertrouwen heb in de organisatie. Daarnaast werkt men snel en probeert men de klant te helpen tijdens het wachten. Een koffieautomaat zou een grote plus zijn:-)

While Genesis Financial Services, dba, Feb Retail, which is the way it's being reported on my credit report, may be in the credit card business, but this is not the case for me. They are a predatory lending company. I purchased bedding from ashley furniture and ashley furniture got financing for me through genesis card services. The financing was for $3000 for the bedding I purchased but the actual cost was $2651, leaving a some $348 unused. The sale going on at ashley was no money down, no payment til January and this purchase was made in November of 2022. From the very beginning of correspondence I had with genesis, was confusing. They were never able to tell me what my monthly payments would be. I founded out on December 6, 2022 that my first payment of $133 would be due January 4th of 2023. When the time came I went to website they emailed me from set up my account and made the first payment
I didn't get confirmation that the payment was received so I did it again only to find out that received both payments and if I wanted a refund for the second payment I would have to through my bank and dispute the extra amount I paid. I didn't this. Then I started getting emails that the payment was not made and that both payments were due because I owed for December 2022. This has been going on for entire 6 months of 2023. I was told to send my complaint in writing and would get a response in 2 weeks. There are still irreconcilable differences with these preditors. They have numerous business names they use, not just genesis card services. They are currently reporting to the credit bureaus that I owe over $3000 for an unpaid credit card. Of course it's not true. I tried to make arrangements for them to pickup their bedding, I don't care what they do with it. But they won't. I've complaints filed against them through BBB, Consumer Protection Bureau, FTC. And I've complaints from other people like my own complaint. Genesis card services are frauds. Don't be fooled by none of their offers for credit care or anything else. By the way, ashley furniture has dropped them as a lender for them furniture. I am speaking of genesis financial solutions card services, not the ones who responded to this review. They also go by the name Synchrony Bank.
