Had an issue with my order- customer service was excellent in helping to resolve the matter and get new cards shipped.

This is the second year I have used CardsDirect and my satisfaction remains as high as last year. Quality Product and professional and courteous customer service

I have ordered from Cardsdirect for several years with good success with ease of ordering and ease of customizing. However, this year I changed some wording on the verse, and then decided to change it again, and apparently left out a verb phrase in the process. This made the verse nonsensical. We received the cards, and I was embarrassed that my customers would see an incoherent verse due to my mistake. When I posted the requested review, I mentioned my error. I was contacted by Brand Manager from Cards Direct, who offered to reprint the cards free of charge! Wonderful customer servicing philosophy!

Everything was exactly as planned on the cards and envelopes. The order was delivered quickly too.

WOW! We had a large Christmas card order that got to us amazingly fast! The cards themselves are beautiful-nice thick card stock with vivid colors. We were impressed. Many of the envelopes we were sent did not have self-seal on them which was disappointing

From start to finish, the process and the end results satisfied.

Cards look great! I'm always nervous when doing an online proof, but they came out perfectly. What a great way to be able to create your own Christmas cards. Pre-addressed envelopes look amazing too!

Seamless experience, from designing the card to mailing them out.

Cards came quickly, were packaged smartly, and as expected. Good quality card stock and print.

The customer service on the front end has been wonderful. John helped to make sure I have a clear image and beautiful print.
The shipping was on time and well done.
However, there were only 342 cards in the 400 order and only 338 envelopes. Some of the envelopes had silver lining and not gold as selected.

There was a problem with my order, partly mine and partly Cards Direct. I contacted customer service and was so very kindly treated by the gentleman. It was all easily remedied and I am happy. Another reason that I continue to make Cards Direct my go-to company when ordering holiday cards.
