Geile Karte, super Service! Werde erneut bestellen.
Bei meiner Bestellung lief alles nahezu perfekt. Von Anfang an konnte ich einen super netten und vor allem schnellen Service genießen. Meine Karte war in unter 24h nach Eintreffen auch schon wieder im Versand!
Allerdings hat sich DHL (Weihnachtszeit) bei der Auslieferung extrem viel Zeit gelassen. Hierfür kann Cardrare allerdings nichts.
Als die Karte dann eintraf war ich schon von der Verpackung beeindruckt. Genau wie die Karte war ist sie super hochwertig verarbeitet.
Ich bin total zufrieden mit dem Bestellprozess, sowie mit dem Produkt und werde spätestens bei Ablauf meiner jetzigen Karte wieder bestellen!
Durch die lange Versandzeit (auch wenns an DHL lag) und kleine Kratzer an der Karte (auch wenn diese spätestens nach dem ersten Bezahlen eh da sind) gibts von mir 8,5/10 Punkte.
Ich freue mich auf die nächste Bestellung!

The package came in opened. The gold credit card was completely bent i’m very disappointed and now I have to wait another three weeks for you to fix this

That's a very strange case. Our support is already in touch with you to find a solution! Keep in mind that once we have shipped the package with FedEx/TNT, we did not have any control over it. It was definitely NOT in that condition when we shipped it out. Please rest assured that we will make you a new card, although it wasn't really our fault because someone intentionally caused this damage. And bending a solid metal card is not something which happens accidentally. It requires extreme force!
We can understand that you are upset but this problem has nothing to do with our service or our product.
Once this case is resolved we will also offer you a partial refund. 👍
