I bought these wheels on the recommendation of my Triathlon team peers and so far I absolutely love them.
They make my already awesome looking bike look even more awesome and I love the sound they make!
However the biggest plus is the improved performance of the bike. Winners are grinners 😉

Fantastic combination between my canyon speed max and Carbon Mafia rear disc. Provided great power transfer and ground force throughout the 40 km world standard distance race in Townsville. Shaved three minutes off my bike leg which is critical in any race, let alone the world titles. A great rear disc if you want to get up the pointy end of the bike and then nail the run.

After knowing the Noel for many years, I finally pulled the trigger on hiring a disc wheel for a 70.3 triathlon. I was hesitant as I didn't believe I was at a level for using a disc wheel, but after conversations with Noel, I took the plunge and I'm glad I did. New PB for the bike course and I really noticed my ability to hold momentum without burning up my legs! Communication is great and he changed my wheels over and set everything for me. Highly recommend if you are looking for that next piece of the puzzle without breaking the bank. I'll be back for my next race!

Noel from carbon mafia was incredibly helpful to deal with and provided some fantastic wheels to use for race day. Felt very fast and aero and definitely noticed the difference in bike split with carbon mafia wheels on my bike. Couldn’t recommend enough!

The Summer Cycling Challenge cycling top is a real nice fit and looks good. Comfortable to wear and the challenge was fun and full of encouraging people, a good way to keep the legs ticking over.

Noel is a great owner, provides great wheels, service and support. Also holds great virtual cycling competitions.

I'm very happy with the look and performance of my Black Market combo wheel set from the guys at Carbon Mafia.
My only issue was a delay in shipment after a flaw was found in the quality checks (the rims were refinished perfectly). This meant I was not able to test the new setup before race day - something no triathlete likes to do!
Despite this Noel very kindly had a Plan B in place that we did not need resort to as they arrived just in time for race day.

Purchased a set of 90/60mm Black Market wheels from Carbon Mafia prior to the Geelong 70.3 Half Ironman which were awesome. Noel was incredibly helpful throughout the process. The wheels gave me a heap of extra speed, felt smooth and they look slick. Would definitely recommend grabbing a set!

Fantastic service and an exceptional product. Every detail was taken into consideration which shows in the top quality.

Hired a disc wheel for the Busselton Ironman. Communication was brilliant, you felt updated each step of the way. Pick up and drop off was simple, even better when they fly the wheel down to the race. The wheel itself was in as new condition with a new cassette and near new tyre. I would recommend purchasing your own disc valve extender for your pump and co2 cartridges beforehand as buying these at the race expos are expensive! Overall happy with the experience.

Fire and Ice Challenge was fun and motivating. The jerseys are gorgeous!

Had never used a disc before and as always the 24-48 hours before a race can be pretty stressful but the Carbon Mafia team sorted out the wheel change over.
