SCAMMERS BEWARE OF THIS FRADULENT COMPANY IT DOES NOT EXIST

This is a scam! Do not use this company!

As soon as I had transferred my "deposit" to secure the date and time we discussed they stopped replying to my messages, ignoring my calls and then did not turn up!!!

Whatever you do, do not transfer them any money!

Same as others, they didnt turn up twice, charge £60 deposit and when you try and get it back, they dont reply. total scamers!

Please, please DO NOT get involved with the unscrupulous people who have deceitfully created this website.
Like all other reviewers, I trusted the fictitious claims on the website. The £60 “deposit” was taken from my bank account within less than an hour.
First date given, no one turned up. Phone call from someone, somewhere gave garbled excuse and gave next day as apology. Next day, second excuse and job not done.
Despite my request for refund of deposit, no communication whatsoever. However there was a message asking me to sign off the job as it was now completed!
Again, A WARNING - do not get involved with these deceitful, unscrupulous people, whoever, or wherever they are.

Not worthy of 1 star. Exactly same experience as other reviewers. Complete con. DO NOT USE, CERTAINLY DO NOT PAY ANY DEPOSITS!!

Paid my deposit and was given a time and date. Then a series of excuse after excuse. Finally I cancelled and asked for our deposit back, well you've guessed it. Conned out of £60.
DO NOT USED THESE THIEVES.

I paid a £100 deposit for a Motorhome clean - they cancelled twice.....excuses were that their van was in an accident and the second time a family emergency. Don't believe either. They said they would pay back deposit in 3-4 business days. That was 12 days ago. Nothing has happened. They will not respond to Whatsapp calls or messages.

I spoke to Imogen and Taylor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am trying to get my deposit back via my credit card company.

Made a booking but didn't turn up, I rang and another date made. Again they didn't turn up and made a 3rd booking, which surprise surprise they did not turn up!

I am so annoyed I didn't look for reviews first, and on 2 occasions took time off from work to be there for this. Several requests made for return of the £50 deposit have been unanswered.

Currently trying to reclaim from credit card, and also contacting the Trading Standards through Warwickshire County Council where they are based.

After 3 times making excuses not to come they said they will return our deposit. After 3 weeks nothing. Tried to contact but they don't answer any phones or emails. Stay clear

Operative eventually arrived an hour or so late. Commenced the clean which left the motorhome cleaner than it was, but no way would it have passed military inspection. I had to to clean areas which had been missed, but were visible from the pavement, and making the effort look like half a job. Value for money? Hardly. I wouldn't use this firm again as the attention to detail is lacking. I would probably have received a better finish if I had turned up at the local carwash and for a third of the price.

They rang us on the day and said they could not come due to an accident. They will not give us our £50 deposit back. Will now not answer the phone or return my messages. Wanted to come on another day not convenient to us when I said no they said then you forfeit your deposit. It a scam. WhatsApp should not keep them on the website.

Shame I didn’t see the reviews before using, all booked using their WhatsApp account, the day of the clean, had a call from a “Charlie” saying his van had broken down

Have chased numerous times, and fobbed off everyt time, stay well clear, paid on the trusty Amex so over to them to deal with degenerates!

A warning do NOT use this company I believe its a scam, they took a £50 deposit to clean our caravan but failed to turn up on 2 occasions, with the most ridiculous excuses ever!!!!!! Absolutely appalling, dont know how these people sleep at night, ripping people off.

The people who came to clean the van were polite and worked hard. However it is completely over priced and I wish I'd done more research before. I believe this to be a large company paying people cash in hand. I would not recommend as I don't trust the company. The website details are misleading.

Please steer clear of these people. After taking a deposit of £100 they failed to turn up on two occasions. On the third occasion they tried to double the price to do the job. Since then after many attempts to contact them they have not refunded my deposit so as far as I am concerned they are thieves as well as unreliable.

PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES AND DONT USE!! £270 later and it’s no different to what I could have done myself. They came with a bottle of elbow grease, 1 cloth and a hoover. Said they were finished after an hour and a half later (2 of them came), they had done a surface clean (if that) not a deep clean like the website stated, didn’t use eco friendly products, didn’t pay attention to detail. Just wanted quick money for no work! I really wanted my caravan clean for our holiday. We had just purchased the caravan and it wanted a good clean, with being asthmatic it needed a good deep clean. This was not the case. Highly disappointed. I should have known better - communication was shocking, different people ringing and messaging from different numbers. I should have read the signs. Please please go somewhere else where they will do what they say and not these cowboys!

Over priced over £200 spent for an interior clean! They spent a hour and a half cleaning inside and did a very poor job, had to get them to come back and still wasn’t cleaned properly they had no intrest in making a good job in end had to settle for poor job. As for specialist cleaning products they had a bottle of elbow grease and a Henry hoover. Stay well away
