I’m so sorry to hear the poor experiences had by some with this company.
I bought masks here and they are my favorite. I’ve made several mask purchases actually because my friends also love these and end up taking mine. Shipping has always been fast and free which I appreciate and I if I have to wear a mask I always go for my Caraa ones.

I purchased a diaper bag described in their description as "waterproof nylon". On my first day with it, water got on it, and stained the bag. Waterproof should mean does not stain from water! When I messaged their customer service, they just said that yes it does stain. Maybe update your description then? I would not have purchased a DIAPER bag that is not water proof - it's around a spitting child all day.
In addition to that, I wrote a poor review over 2 weeks ago and it was never published. Do not believe the positive reviews on their site!
I also had a ton of issues with their backorder process - shipping took longer than they originally promised and they took over a week to even get back to me about it, and NEVER actually even informed me it would be coming late.
Would not recommend.

Masks are not as described. They fog my glasses and are not breathable, the fabric was even wet from my breath. Material wrinkles terribly after washing. More expensive than any other masks I have bought and the worst quality. Wasn't able to contact Caraa on line so I called the number listed. Recording only, left a message and they never returned my call.

Bought 10 face masks (2 five packs at $25 per 5-pack) in the spring of 2020. $50 total ripoff because the masks are terrible! The fabric is like a vinyl or shiny nylon and is unbreathable. Sorry, we can’t breathe thru a gym bag material!!! We got light-headed and could not wear them at all. They also suctioned to the mouth when we breathed in! The sizes were not uniform either. They are terrible and cannot be worn. Threw them out. We have many other masks from other vendors and no problems like this. Each time I attempted to post a negative review on Caraa sport website, they removed my review as well. Notice there are NO negative reviews on there. Really??? Buyer beware...although it looks like they are now using cotton as the outer layer so they might be better as they seem to have changed the material. Poor business practices though. Should be able to give real feedback to consumers without unfavorable review being removed. Will never buy from this company again and will never recommend them.

I ordered some masks from Caraa after viewing a set that a friend had; unfortunately, what I received was not at all of the same fabric or quality despite being the exact same order (Universal masks, Classic colors). They were paper thin; entirely useless without one of the $1 per use filters. I was disappointed, and was hoping they would at least let me return an expensive second order that I had placed for gifts, but had not yet received. The customer service response first denied the issue, and then was dismissive of my request. I understand masks are a personal item, but given the situation and since I had not even opened the expensive second order (because it had not yet arrived), I was hoping for some accommodation. Being frustrated, I submitted a review on their website, so that other users would know about the quality and change from prior manufacturing. Well they deleted/didn't post my review. It's been days, and more recent reviews are up, but still not mine. If you filter the reviews for universal masks, you will see one low review that managed to get through, (complaining also of mask thinness), everything else is at least 4 stars. Entirely unethical.

BEYOND OVERHYPED.

Bags are of poor quality-- bad stitching, cheap plastic, red color marks inside pockets, scratches on plastic pocket inserts-- total mess, especially for $300+ a bag.

Horrible customer service-- they blocked my return when I complained about delivery taking more than 3 weeks.

And yes, as other reviewers have noted, they delete all negative reviews.

One of the most unethical, overhyped companies I've ever had the misfortune to shop with. Never again.

I have to agree with the person above. Caraa blocks negative reviews. It’s unethical. Their insert filters are expensive. The tiny insertion pockets are badly sewn and poorly designed so you have no real protection with the filter bunching up into a mess of folds and peeking up around your nose and out from the sides. They are $1 a piece (disposable filters) and there should be a full size insertion pocket so the filter isn’t against your wet skin and mouth and nose. I posted a review a month ago and again four days ago —having very positively reviewed their sport mask product. Neither of the negative reviews were published. That’s customer deception. People will figure this out in time and their reputation as trustworthy will plummet. So it’s a good “profit from the pandemic quick” scheme but not a great long term business strategy. Disappointing and cynical approach to business in the current climate.

I really don’t see how the masks from Caraa have 1100+ reviews of any sort, much less so many positive reviews. They are a little know company. With so many masks available, how are so many people buying and supposedly rebuying their flimsy, inferior products? It seems a bit unbelievable.
Their universal masks are only 2 layers, wrinkle terribly after washing (hand or machine), cause extensive fogging on glasses, and are not breathable at all. My husband and I went for a gentle walk in them, I felt like I was suffocating the whole time I had it on! It got so wet from my breath that the whole thing would just suck into my mouth and nostrils with each breath. The worst part about the whole experience, the company does not seem to post any negative reviews they receive. My post (1 star) still has not appeared on their website, after 2 weeks. Reading reviews from other buyers on other reviews sites - their negative reviews were either not posted, or changed to reflect a positive experience.
I do feel they deserve the one star - for their very prompt shipping.
I would never recommend this company or their masks!

Masks are great!!! Though you MUST put a filter in them.
Pros: Light-weight. Really like you are wearing nothing! Not too large like some. Nose clip, adjustable ear strings. Easy pocket for filter. Inexpensive!!!
Cons: So thin, not effective w/o the filter. Wrinkles terribly after washing.
