I must express my disappointment with the level of professionalism displayed by the service provided, particularly given the company's claimed 25 years of experience. I entrusted them with the task of importing my car, following prior communication, and paid a total of 745EUR. Although the initial experience seemed promising, I soon encountered issues. The following week, I was informed that the RDW had concerns and refused to accept the car. Upon reviewing the reasons provided, I realized that all of them could have been addressed within a mere 5 minutes had the Cargo BV conducted a proper inspection of my vehicle. Unfortunately, no such inspection took place. For instance, the blackout film on my windows was clearly visible and could have been identified without any inspection, yet they failed to notify me about it. Furthermore, they wasted their time driving to the RDW with the film still in place, which leads me to question their competence and level of care towards their customers. Consequently, I had to retrieve my car in order to rectify the RDW's concerns.
Subsequently, I decided to abandon the car import process for various reasons. When I approached Cargo BV to inform them of my decision and request a refund, they agreed to stop the process but did not offer any reimbursement. Considering that their visit to the RDW likely incurred costs of approximately 300-400EUR (150EUR for case initiation and around 250EUR in employee travel expenses), it would have been reasonable for them to refund a portion of the amount paid. However, they failed to do so. Despite reaching out to them again several months later, they did not propose any form of compensation or refund.
In summary, I must assert that if they had conducted themselves professionally, they would not have incurred any additional expenses (such as travel costs to the RDW for issues that were clearly visible) and I would have taken the necessary steps to address any problems prior to their visit to the RDW. Based on my experience, I can confidently state that the import process is not worth the price when dealing with Cargo BV alone, as it proves to be both costly and time-consuming. Their services are ineffective, resulting in an expenditure that is two to three times higher than if one were to undertake the process independently. In conclusion, opting for Cargo BV will inevitably lead to a waste of both time and money.

I had a good experience with this automotive agency. As an expat, I needed to regularize my car's status, and they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Robbin, the representative who assisted me, was incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire journey.

Very unprofessional. Do not recommend to anyone. Company with no
business attitude. Personal does not seem to be familiar with the procedure.

Applied first time for their services, "Excellent service 1-2 days of delivery number plates". But there is not saying that will take a week until they will get all the documentation, after that they will have some troubles with another company. and the final will be 2 weeks of mailing each other
