I joined Capital Tree Funding with a 2L…

I joined Capital Tree Funding with a 2L one step account and received my first payout successfully. Later, I breached that account due to trading mistakes, so I purchased a new1-step5L account. Recently, when my approved payout was affected by the company’s banking issue, the support team—especially Dhruv stayed in touch and understood my financial situation. He handled the situation very professionally and also understood that the payout is important for me and provided me with deadline that when i will receive the amount. The platform is smooth and easy to use. I’ve noticed only minor latency, which wasn’t a major issue for me. Overall, I appreciate the support team’s professionalism and efforts during a challenging time. Thank you, especially Dhruv for the excellent support.

I also became impatient during the process but he handled it very well. We should understand that this is also a company and there will be some technical issues or some issues but we can sort by contacting support and they listen well handle support very professionally.
