I have been getting emails and now letters saying I have out standing amounts from klarna, now I use klarna regularly and I have actually made contact with klarna who have said I have zero outstanding payments with them, they also told me they don't use capital resolve as their debt collection agency,

Terrible terrible all over. You have a dispute, you get the half @ssed attempts that all companies do to squeeze money out of us. Cool, can I pay it monthly, cause of the obvious cost of living crisis, how about you fill out the why your struggling so we know, how about you turn on the news and understand how the wealth gap between rich and poor is beyond a joke now. I should not have to tell you a thief how hard it is. Lastly when paying or logging on to their website, the software package they have or use is pretty cheap and isn't properly linked, another company spending the bare minimum but expects us to pay in full. Respectfully do one. To all future people that have to deal with these leeches of our society I pity you and continue to get angry on here.

What a terrible company. I dealt with Mary and as soon as they got a contract signed they refuse to call me back or email me back as well. I have tried calling the company but it always goes to voicemail. Don’t deal with these crooks.

I have been sent letters saying I have an outstanding Klarna account. Contacted Klarna and they have never heard of me.... I tried on numerous occasions to call/email and even wrote but no person to talk to, email bounced back and letter returned.... SCAMMERS!!!

These people are breaking GDPR regulations.
They are texting me someone else's first and last name and their account number.
I don't know who this person is. They have a foreign name. When they phone I report and block the number. When they text I can't block it.
Now. This isn't the first time. And it's not the same name. Do they just text randomly? Because I'm sure multiple people don't have my number. There has to be a way to report this company for harassment. I have just lost a loved one. I can't have this extra stress that this will keep happening. They are texting and phoning multiple times a week!
The company are now messaging me asking me for personal information. I am not giving my personal information so they have my info.
I am not the person they need the information from.

I understand why you want the details. But I'm not actually your customer. I don't have the permission of the persons name you are using when contacting my mobile number. I don't know who they are. If i was to share the name and account details here it would breach their rights. For me to use the contact you are suggesting I have to register my details. And I don't want to give a debt collector who I don't have a debt with my personal information either. So unfortunately we are at a stalemate
I have just emailed the information for the person. And the last 4 digits of my mobile. Hopefully this can be sorted.

They bombard with phone calls and txts…
They bombard with phone calls and txts - but, txts are restricted so you cant reply. Their phone line is restricted so you cant call from a with-held number - which isnt really a legit approach to being openly contactable by customers.
When you do get through to their number, what ever option I have chosen it just says to email them - but it doesnt actually offer any options that suit why I am contacting them.
To be honest, if they think I owe someone money (I dont) - they ougt make it easier to contact them - their website wont let me set up account with the case number they have txtd me either

We do not currently provide customers with a 2-way SMS facility, but we will shortly be improving our customer portal and introducing a webchat service.

I received an email from this company claiming I owe them money yet they have not sent any proof of claim… if they contact you do not engage with them and except to tell them that they should not contact you unless it is to send proof of debt …. Dont be fooled by any junk they send to you if it is not a copy of the original agreement with signature… with out this they have no legal case. A quick google can fully i form you about staying safe agains companies like this.

Edit, replying to the company, yes you was at fault, you may not be scamming people but your reviews speak for themselves, telling people they owe 100s or 1000s of pounds when they don’t, from your reviews it seems your administration/accounts department make a lot of mistakes, maybe old info, at the time of your call I had no outstanding payments.

They bombing my email, and saying i have unpaid sky bill. How they have found my email i don't know, but i know i have paid all my bills before left address. Tried call them into office and.... Spended 10mins on the line, then unknown person ( not said name) started push on me bull..t, and spoken with angry voice, until i told him come down you not my mate or family member to speak with me like that.
Capital Resolve if you buying somewhere information, think before the bullying. I will report your company in all instances, because you have bought personal info illegally.

Just Googled Capital Resovle to check reviews as I received an email yesterday saying that I owe British Gas £85.89. Tough luck for them as I am still a British Gas customer and have been for years. Capital Resovle can do one!!!

canceled my sky tv after 21 years no missed payments after a couple of weeks got phone calls from capital resolve plus emails stating I owed £105 after 20 odd phone calls and emails I wrote to capital resolve asking for written proof that I owed sky tv this amount within two days I got a letter from capital resolve saying that they could not provide this information and that they would not contact me again and so far they have not make your own conclusions
