Beautiful tiles, securely packaged and quickly delivered.

Great service and an amazing product. Really pleased.

Purchased some sample tiles from Ca'Pietra so that I could judge the colour & size at home. Tiles are beautiful, but I'm really glad that I got samples as the one that showed as a turquoise blue on the website is actually almost a dark green in real life. Lily Pad Peacock is almost the same colour as the Lily Pad Eucalyptus. This is not the colour that I was looking for, so will probably look at the more navy tile instead. Service from the company has been great, and they were happy to send out a sample tile that had been missed off the original order as soon as I notified them.

Well I've had the wrong tiles sent 3 times in a row. Can't get much worse than that. It's only not 1 star because the customer service is polite and responsive.

The website is awful. It’s very glitchy and has too many bugs that make browsing, choosing and buying tiles from Ca’Pietra a miserable and frustrating experience.

Really useful visit to the Artisans showroom in Hartley Wintney with my client. Good displays and love the mix of stone, porcelain and decorative tiles. I'm often looking for a mix of tiles and having both the stone and decorative tiles in one place is inspiring and offers a one shop solution for projects. Alison was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and was proactive in emailing me later that afternoon to follow up on our discussions
