Horrible
Horrible, horrible, horrible company. Where do I begin?
I paid for a simple statement of claim and it took them over a month to write 4 lines. Then they over charged me their monthly fee (I was to pay just for the small suit) and lastly they submitted my claim twice! They never responded to correct it, totally ghosted me. Stay away from this company!

Convenient, affordable and the advice I needed
My case felt a bit too small to be reaching out to a lawyer, so I put it off for quite some time. With Cape Law it was easy to make an appointment to speak with someone and it was affordable. Poor customer service
Poor customer service. If you want to talk to someone on the phone open up your wallet. No communication. I showed up to court and they didn’t tell me they failed to serve the defendant.
Cape law gave the process server the wrong address. They charged me to serve at correct address which they messed up. They advised me with the wrong defendants address and they wanted $130 to change address after they told me to show up to court. I hired a process server for $50 who did a much better job.
The lawyer who wrote and submitted my claim did excellent work. She gave me good advice on how to proceed. I expected to pay $600 I was charged over $1000 and they didn’t even serve the defendant.
Cape law the reason why I didn’t answer is because you wanted more money and the responses are completely useless

This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. The only thing you can except from them is to file your case. They don’t even care to attach evidence to your case. You will pay half of your settlement to them but they will not represent you in the court or give you any advice unless you pay them for that. Stay away!!!

Received the initial call from lawyer. Was told that I would receive a follow-up call 2 days later. It has been 28 days. I sent an email to ask for a status, but haven't gotten a response.
