The image in 3D crystal cube, while nicely done, was nowhere near as visible as in the online pictures and previews. Very disappointing for a 250$ product.

The packaging was very poor:
- the 3D crystal cube came in a box that was literally falling apart at the seams, disintegrating.
- my 50$ custom puzzle had scratched and damaged pieces, all clumsily stuffed together in a box that was too small.

Lastly, they are not a Canadian company. Based in the US, they ship from India.

In conclusion, would not buy again.

50% of the time my order shows up damaged, then I have to fight with them to get a replacement despite showing them that the product was damaged BEFORE it was shipped.

Should be a zero! I have tried to get my package for Christmas for over a month now finally it arrived and one item is missing completely and the other is stained and broken. Called and spoke to reps online and were told to email which I have also done. So now for Christmas I have no gifts and no answers from this company and likely lost money as they just play the run around as apparently none of their costumer service can assist you

I recently placed a large canvas order with Canvas Champ and had the absolute pleasure of working with Kingston. From the moment my order was submitted, Kingston took the lead in ensuring every detail was handled with care. He managed all the proof modifications with great attention to detail, and nothing was overlooked. Kingston kept me informed every step of the way and personally followed up to make sure I was satisfied before moving forward with printing. His dedication to quality, customer service, and efficiency made the entire process seamless. I’ve used other canvas companies in the past, but Kingston and Canvas Champ have proven they offer the best quality at the most competitive prices. Highly recommend!

Terrible quality. Posters came wrinkled. Poor paper quality. Poorly packaged. How can they still be in business? Don't be fooled by their well designed website.

I decided to order from this website specifically because they offered priority shipping, which promised delivery within 3–4 days—just in time for my event. I paid $61 for that service. However, they shipped my order using standard delivery instead, which takes 8–10 days.

After several frustrating back-and-forth emails with their unprofessional customer service team—where I had to repeatedly explain that I no longer needed the items and wanted to cancel the order—I ultimately agreed to accept the delivery after they promised to refund the $61 shipping fee due to their error.

Once I received the package (8 days later), I reached out for the promised refund. To my disbelief, they responded saying they would only refund $10 because the delivery was technically "on time" by their standard shipping terms.

This company is incredibly unprofessional. On top of that, they charge extra for photo enhancements, but no enhancements were done—the photos were printed exactly as uploaded. The frame quality was also extremely poor, with uneven edges at the back that looked hand-cut.

Do not be misled by their .ca domain. This is not a Canadian company—I believe it’s based in India.

Avoid this SCAM company at all costs.

Don't get me wrong here they make amazing canvases and the turnaround time as quickly. On the other hand the customer service is absolutely atrocious on this website and you'll never get what they promise you. I was charged FedEx Duty for $14.56 and they told me in multiple occasions that they would send me an instant credit or PayPal once I sent them the bill. I sent them the bill and back and forth over the past 1 month I've only received a couple replies and they have never yet given me my instant credit to the account to cover the fee.

Also don't bother calling their phone number their phone number does not work either it's a fake phone number. It just sits you on hold for hours and hours listen to the same song over and over again.

The website lists these items as being manufactured in the united states. Nothing that they print and send you is made in the United States it is all Made in India and ship from India direct.

I have not seen customer service this bad ever from a company. They answer your emails you give them the answer that they're looking for and yet they still don't help you with it. My next option now is doing a chargeback on my credit card. I have all proof in writing of what they told me they would cover and yet they have not covered any of it yet. Stay away stay far away.

The products are all made and shipped from India.
I ordered 2, and they are both terrible quality. Image quality is not what I sent them, there are waves in the canvas, as well as small "pits" where the image is missing.
Do not Buy! You wont' be happy.

Their quality is not good at all. customer service is terrible. I order canveses,they were all damaged and they told me they will reprint them and send it. but it has been three months and nothing happened. I do not recommend them at all.

Got charged for an order that they have no record of! They won't refund me for it and customer service is a joke. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Charged my credit card then canceled my order saying my credit card was flagged for 'security reasons' as 'possibly fraudulent'. The only thing fraudulent is Canvas Champ as they have not refunded my CC and are not shipping me my order. Pure theft. DO NOT deal with these scam artists.

The quality is very hit and miss - the address shows North America, but these products are made in Punjab State in India and the products are not worth the price you pay. They are very quick to make sales, but once you have an issue with the order you will never get a response or any assistance in helping you rectify the issue with your order.

I ordered throw pillows and "magic" mugs.
The print quality- image clarity - was just fine. All 3 pillows had a print defect in the blank areas - small smears. I was also surprised each had a black line border around the image (possibly a setting i missed or an automatically added at print time).
The mugs were conceptually fine but the threshold for colour change was a tight window: droplets of luke warm water splashed on the side of the mug immediately triggered the black to return, making it appear as though the mug had spots all over it.

Also. The site is extremely misleading. The prints are not created in Canada, but in India.

This offers one of the eorst customer service. Pl don’t fall for their gimmicks. No information about my order. When i call 1 800 number no one ever picks ip, feel so frustrated, will never recommend this

2 out of the 3 canvas prints had defects. There is no response to my emails and facebook post on thier page.

What is worse is that, accordingly to their "terms of use" on the website, "all clients user grants following licenses to PSI LLC, the non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable right to copy, crop, reproduce, publicly display, sell and distribute design in or on products and in advertising, marketing, samples, and promotional materials for PSI LLC."

This became even more scary when I realized that the items were being printed out of the country.

Even when I sent them an email with specific instructions asking them to confirm that they will not reuse my designs in any form, there is zero response.
