Palenset perikelen met de Sibley 500 ProTech…
Het is een prachtige tent de Sibley 500 ProTech van Canvas Camp.
Deze keer hadden we een nieuwe palenset nodig omdat de oude set in een woningbrand verloren was gegaan.
De palen zijn goed, maar het bijgeleverde kunststof regenkapje was helaas al kapot bij aflevering.
Ook hebben we van de zomer een paar maanden geprobeerd om de palenset tijdig voor onze zomervakantie aan te schaffen.
Ondanks meerdere toezeggingen van Canvas Camp dat ze de palenset voor de Sibley 500 ProTech op tijd weer op voorraad zouden hebben is dat toen helaas niet gelukt.
Gelukkig hebben we vrienden met exact dezelfde tent die ons afgelopen zomervakantie hun palenset geleend hebben.

Het spijt ons te horen dat het kunststof regenkapje bij levering al kapot was en dat er problemen waren met de beschikbaarheid van de palenset. We begrijpen hoe frustrerend dit kan zijn, vooral wanneer het tijdig verkrijgen van onderdelen voor een zomervakantie cruciaal is.

Die Produkte sind absolut hochwertig und man bekommt was man erwartet.
Wir haben vor vielen Jahren ein Sibley 500 DD gekauft und man bekommt heute noch Zubehör oder weiterentwickelte Produkte.

Merci tout de même pour le geste commercial à titre exceptionnel concernant le tarif à la baisse sur la livraison qui aurait dû être livrée le 14 décembre .

Beste tentaankoop ooit
Goede en eerlijke uitleg bij het kiezen van de tent. Beste aankoop ooit. Hij stond 5 maanden opgesteld in onze tuin en ziet er als nieuw uit. Makkelijk schoon te houden. Niet moeilijk om op te zetten voor leken zoals wij. Nooit water ingekomen en geen condens. Gewoon zalig en rustgevend.

Fast shipping. The canvas and materials are good quality. Set up was easy.
We’ve put our picnic table in it and a stove and it heats up fast and holds the heat well.

I recently purchased the beautiful sand-colored Sibley Pro Double Door tent, and I must say, I’m absolutely in love with the color. It’s not the bright white I saw in the videos, but rather a darker ivory tone, which is exactly the kind of color I adore.
The cotton canvas material of the tent and the floor material are perfect. The stitching is excellent, and the finishing touches are top-notch.
Additionally, the shipping from Belgium to Germany took less than three days. I am truly impressed by this outstanding service.
