Mooie tent en goede service
Buiten dat de tent van hele goede kwaliteit is heb ik prima mailcontact gehad. Kleine en grote vragen worden snel beantwoord. En de eerste keer met de tent op pad was niet zomaar Valentijn. Met het kacheltje in de sneeuw, we zijn ook helemaal verliefd op de tent!

I liturley live in a sibly bell tent
I liturley live in a sibly bell tent. Its actually my bedroom and my practice space, for one year now. It's a magical space to be whithin nature.
I live on a remote greek Island, 200 meters from the sea. There is a lot of wind. Depends on the specific ground, but in my case, the tent needed to be installed with long and strong stakes. Then it stands up to 100kmph winds, which is unbelievable.
On summer time, from May to September, I open the canvas around, and stay with the net wall, so the tent is ventilated, the view is beautiful, and I'm very well protected from all the bugs.

Living full‑time in your Sibley Bell for a year, turning it into your bedroom and practice space, is truly inspiring.
Your life on a remote Greek island, just few meters from the sea, sounds magical. And it’s amazing to hear how well the tent performs in strong winds when anchored with long, solid stakes. Standing firm in 100 km/h winds is really impressive and a great example of what a proper setup can achieve.
Your summer setup, canvas rolled up, mesh walls only, full ventilation, beautiful views, and total bug protection, sounds absolutely perfect.

Extremely happy with the canvas tent ,strong reliable and not liable to become easily damaged from the elements ,unlike other tents .i especially like the ventilation windows .This allows me to ventliate the tent with clean air even when it is pouring down with rain .very pleased

Hele fijne tent makkelijk op te zetten, genoeg ruimte voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kleintjes…je kan het makkelijk indelen, wij hebben er genoeg ruimte in inc binnentent.. zal voor ieder anders zijn maar wij ontzettend tevreden fijne tent, zodra de kans er weer is gaan we weer gauw op pad

Fantastisch om te horen dat jullie zo blij zijn met de tent. Het makkelijke opzetten, de ruime indeling voor twee volwassenen en twee kleintjes, én het extra comfort met de binnentent, heerlijk dat het allemaal zo goed werkt voor jullie.
Iedereen gebruikt een tent anders, maar het is superfijn om te lezen dat ze voor jullie precies biedt wat jullie nodig hebben.

Bonjour
Avis mitigé... Notre négociation n'a pu aboutir. Apres m'avoir offert des remises exceptionnelles car délai de réponses trop long et établi un devis valable 1 mois, elles ont été minoré au bout de 15 jours maxi. Pas cool comme pratique. 2000€ d'investissement demandent réflexions et comparaisons.
Vraiment déçu car c'est le matériel que je désirais.

Nous comprenons parfaitement qu’un investissement de ce type nécessite réflexion, comparaisons et négociations. À chaque étape de nos échanges, nous avons fait preuve de compréhension face à vos demandes répétées de remise et avons toujours pris le temps de vous répondre de manière transparente et constructive.
Dès le début, nous avons clairement indiqué que la remise demandée était déjà échue. Malgré cela, nous avons accepté à plusieurs reprises de la prolonger à titre tout à fait exceptionnel, et avons également étudié, puis accordé, des conditions supplémentaires afin de vous aider à concrétiser votre projet.
Parallèlement, vous avez envisagé puis privilégié différentes alternatives, notamment un achat de seconde main auprès d’un particulier ainsi que des échanges avec nos revendeurs. Nous avons accueilli ces démarches avec compréhension et sans aucune pression, en vous informant honnêtement des différences, notamment en matière de garantie et de conditions de service.
Nous comprenons votre déception, mais il arrive un moment où, malgré toute notre bonne volonté et les efforts déjà consentis, nous ne pouvons raisonnablement pas aller plus loin sans dépasser les limites de ce que nous pouvons offrir.
Nous regrettons sincèrement que cette situation ait été perçue comme une volte-face, alors qu’il s’agissait simplement des contraintes claires et annoncées dès le départ.
Nous vous remercions pour l’intérêt porté à nos produits et pour la qualité des échanges, et restons bien entendu à votre disposition si une opportunité future devait se présenter.

The product I ordered is the one that came.
It could have easily gotten mixed up bc I ordered a certain size chimney pipe an was worried I might get the wrong size by mistake. But the one that came was exactly the one I ordered and it fits my tent perfectly.

My Experience
I am writing this review to provide information about my experience.
After careful consideration about investing money in tent to be utilized as a semi-permanent build, I finally decided to pull the trigger on the Senior Cabin Tent (5x6m) as the company praised its rugged design and top-tier quality.
When the tent packages finally arrived, they were shredded to the point that damage had occurred to the storage bags for the tent/pole structure. When I first opened the frame pole set, the bag was full of dirt, rust and chipped paint. All the poles were scratched, their interiors rusted, and many end pieces were bent. I genuinely have no idea how the poles could be so damaged; I originally presumed they were used, but there is no way structural poles could be in such rough shape from normal or even extended use. Additionally, the groundsheet was dirty and discolored with large patches of rust. I did not even bother to open the tent bag as I already decided I would be sending it all back.
UPDATE: Company was very good with responding and dealing with the issue. Ultimately, it seems there was an mix up and I was sent used hardware by mistake. They offered to resend a new product or fulfill a refund.
