Bonjour, la tente a répondu à mes attentes concernant l’espace, la robustesse, le design. Un bémol sur le montage : seule, c’est plutôt galère, malgré un premier montage d’essai dans mon jardin. À chaque fois je me suis pincée durement les doigts , plutôt sérieusement (saignements) et donc interrompre le travail. Le mode d’emploi n’est pas clair et j’ai dû tenter plusieurs techniques . Il faut cependant agir vite, soulever le poids de la tente, sans air sous la toile . Je n’en parle même pas s’il fait chaud et si le soleil tape 🥵
Bref , il faut vraiment rester un certain temps pour justifier l’emploi de cette tente

In okt.2024 de mouflon tent van canvascamp gekocht! Wat een mooie tent met veel mogelijkheden. Is hoger dan een gemiddeld bijzet tentje, dat maakt het ook net iets makkelijker bewegen. Compact in te pakken en ook makkelijk op en afbreken.
Toen we heb de eerste keer opgestuurd kregen, zaten er kleine gaatjes in het doek en gaas. Super opgelost en een nieuwe gekregen. Wel helaas alsnog met een klein mankement, wat de dichtheid niet zou beinvloeden werd gezegd en opnieuw kwam er een prima oplossing.

Helaas kwamen we er afgelopen maanden achter dat het gaas opnieuw gaten laat zien, naar mate de tijd vordert worden het er steeds meer. Bij de 1e ontdekking gemaild. Het valt niet onder garantie volgens hen maar onder gebruikerssporen... ze kunnen niets voor ons doen. Ondanks herhaaldelijk mailen. Inmiddels op verschillende plekken grotere gaatjes in het gaas helaas. Het gaas is dun en zeer kwetsbaar dus. Ook anders en minder dik dan in andere tenten van ons. We vinden het jammer dat er ondanks de garantie termijn, geen gepaste oplossing komt. Gaas zou sterker kunnen. Dat is onze enige opmerking. Verder een fijne tent!

Nous avions testé ce matériel lors d un sejour en famille dans un camping au bord de la mer ( location à la nuit) : matériel robuste, bien étudié, spacieux.
J'ai eu l'idee de l'offrir à ma fille et mon gendre comme cadeau de mariage car ils aiment recevoir leurs amis mais ils ont une petite maison et un grand terrain .Ils sont ravis et cette tente servira 6 mois dans l'année. Facile à monter et facile à stocker ( grand sac).

Quality USA made product. The foraging bag is in innovative and made for hard use. It will be put to good use in the Canadian wilderness. Top notch h company that stand behind their products and I would not hesitate to buy again from this company. Only suggestion I could make would be to upgrade the D rings and snap shackles to marine grade bronze. The current ones are decent but the bag would benefit from clasps that match the grade of the bag itself. Keep making the best quality. A bag like this will take a beating.

We installed the tent for our forest gathering and it was a blast! Even better then we thought it will be.
And the quality is superb!
Costumer service could be little bit faster to respond on mail though. 🙂

purchased stain remover from Canvas Camp to clean my canvas bell tents. I specifically chose this product as it states on their website that it does not damage the waterproofing on tents. The cleaner works really well and removed all stains quickly. However, it bleached the canvas and completely stripped the waterproofing on my 2 tents which are 1 and 2 years old and only used occasionally. I assumed there was something wrong with the product and contacted customer service. They tried to make excuses saying that my tents must be old, damaged ect. Nowhere on the website or product label does it mention that product may damage older tents. It also doesn’t say that it should only be used on their own tents which was another excuse I got. My tents weren’t old or damaged and I sent some videos showing the damage and the water pouring through. Instead of being concerned that there may be a fault with the product, their solution was to offer me to but their waterproofing! My tents were destroyed with huge patches of discolouration but according to customer service I should have cleaned the whole tent to avoid this, again not mentioned on the instructions. I have now had to spend €350 to reproof my tents but the discolouration cannot be fixed.
The interactions with customer service were terrible, they did not take any accountability despite video evidence. They made excuses and basically said it was my own fault despite me following exactly the instructions on the container and website. I would avoid this company due to its awful customer service and deceptive labelling .

De tent werd snel geleverd. Prima kwaliteit/prijsverhouding. Wat een ruimte zit er in deze tent.

I bought the 10x14 Big Horn tent.
I live in the UK, so I was a little concerned if there was a problem, which there was a problem with one of the poles, to which CanvasCamp sorted and sent a replacement pole set to me within a few days, which was a relief to me. So thank you again for your help.

Heavy but it’s quality canvas!
One thing, if the tent is wet (from rain) and you open the door water leaks in because of the shape …; so get out quickly and wipe it dry if possible!

Great customer experience with Vanessa and her team. I bought a Sibley Pro 500 and returned it within 48 hours, although there is a return shipping cost I was very happy with Canvas Camps reply and refund. If you are doubting for fear of getting it wrong and losing money, you are in good hands.

I'm writing this review after two weekends 'testing' our new tent. We had some minor issues, but all our questions and the one small damaged part, were resolved very quickly and professionally.
We're really happy with the over all quality of the products we bought (tent, inner tent, awning, extra tent poles) and also happy about the customer service.

excellent customer service that helped me pick the right tent, and the tent got delivered within days, from Belgium to Germany. The product is fantastic.
