Canvas ordered was not the colour required, only discovered on receipt. Trying to get a response to arrange a return is proving impossible. Have emailed three times only to get an auto holding response but no actual help. Frustrating at best. Finally received a response agreeing to return and refund 4th May.

Great quality canvas, although only minor gripe was delivery was a little slow.

Delivered quickly and packaged well. I was surprised at how lightweight the product was but they used the product design to packaging advantage.

Loved the picture, good value, great service and quick delivery.

Paid extra for 2-3 day shipping took ten days to receive. both picture are poor quality the first you can not make out what it is, it came rolled up in a tube. It was torn and made of poster paper material. The second was framed unprofessionally with a lot of excess canvas. Yes this one was made of canvas. The two hanging devises are off set and uneven. I asked for a refund with no response

I was looking for something different to put on my walls then I found canvas art rocks and I seen banksy work so I got one and fell in love the quality of the work the price and the special offer buy one and get one free there is no stopping me now I have quite a few and there is still 20 or 30 that I whant I can get different sizes to suit me and the price is very good other Web site are double the price canvas art rocks my boat for sure I just love them to bits if you are looking for something different for your living room or bedroom take a look it doesn't cost nothing but you will be hooked just as I am Brenda x

Fast delivery, canvas art was better than expected and you can’t beat the 241 deal

I bought a canvas poster 120x90 and asked for the buy one get one free. And I did NOT get the free one.
Shouldn’t advertise something you don’t respect!

The are no words to adequately describe the rude and unprofessional response/ correspondence I have received from this company. The 3-5 shipping dates stated are not true. It has been over 6 weeks and I have still not received the product. I am appalled at how they have responded to me more than originally being misled on the shipping times. They said there was no resolution to the problem. I would not being given any refund and they are not a US based company so there is nothing legally that I can do moving forward. Do not purchase from this company based on this. I cannot speak to the quality of the product obviously because I have not received it

Still awaiting refund which you have signed for. Literally stolen my money. Shockingly bad.

Dreadful picture quality! Doesnt deserve the 1 star! I ordered 4 pictures and they looked like a low res pic stretched and not dimensionally correct either! I contacted them regarding returns and they said I had to pay to courier them back at my own cost.
I binned them all instead of wasting anymore money.

My experience with this company is so awful, it would take too much of my time to write it all, on top of all the time I've wasted with them already!
AVOID! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Great selection of prints. Really easy to order and very fast delivery to Spain. Posters were well package and just what I was looking for!

I bought a set of 3 pictures from this company (owned by Print Clever Ltd) that are all meant to create a 'single picture' when hung together, however when it turned up, the prints are all misaligned and the single picture view looks terrible. The company claims "the art you buy from us is of the highest quality and that you receive an excellent service at all times" however the company continually failed to acknowledge the prints are faulty despite me sending photos, hasn't offered a replacement, and expect you to cover return postage costs even though the website clearly states they will refund postage costs for faulty goods. Customer service was arrogant with a "we're right, you're wrong" attitude. This company clearly lies with their claims on their website

First of all PayPal has now contacted you as I have Now opened a dispute!
The Reason for the dispute is I ordered 1 x HD Metal print of Madonna with cigarette 24 x 16 for £99 and the slate frame for £55 = £154.
I, today 13/02/23 received just the metal print without any slate frame!!!!!?
Shocking but Now to be expected of you, reading Many of your Bad Reviews?????
Simply put, I want Reimbursement of my £55 as I don’t Appreciate paying out for items I haven’t Received?????
The contact numbers you supply to reach out to you Both on your site and through PayPal just Ring out with Such Convenience??????
So hopefully this way will get a Response????
Email is an Amazing 48hr Supposed Response but why should I wait for the inevitable????
You have 7 days to Respond to PayPal before I escalate it and 20 days before the case is Resolved!
I would like Reimbursement Sooner rather than Later as you have Not for filled your side of the transaction, but no doubt I’ll be waiting the Whole duration????
Once the £55 is Reimbursed PayPal will close the case!!!

Choice and website was good. Delivery in 6 days and packaging was really good.
