Jamie the sales man made a great impression when we arrived at CMW and made us feel welcome in all aspects he let us test drove 2 cars prior purchasing one and when we decided on the buy of the vechile he had all paperwork ready to go and the sale took less than 15min.. an over all 5* experience and we will be looking to purchase a car with CMW in the near future.

Buying my car from Andrew was smooth. He was relaxed and nothing was too much to do for me. Professional and friendly on each contact. Gave me a lot of confidence to buy from this company. Other staff - Jamie - very friendly too.

We recently picked up our next car from them, we've bought our last 3 from them, they have always been curtious and helpful.

James was excellent non pushy and was there to answer any questions about the vehicle and did so very confidently. We had an issue with the finance company Octane which could of resulted as far I was concerned having no car. James reassured me that the issue will be sorted and not to worry. James sorted the issue and I whent home with my car a very happy man. Thanks James. I won't be recommending Octane finance.

Had a comfortable experience with them. Andrew was initially helping me with a few cars. When I decided to go ahead with the purchase, Jamie made it really comfortable with the process. No hassles just efficient to sort out the mot and service and all paperwork. Highly recommend them.

What a great experience. After searching the local car sales sites I called Grant at Canterbury Motoring World. I have to say from the outset he was extremely helpful and I felt very relaxed. We agreed a time to view the vehicle I liked and it was ready for me to inspect and road test when I arrived. The car drove perfectly and when I arrived back at the showroom Jamie took me through the vehicles service history and presented me with all the vehicle's documents for me to view. I agreed to purchase the vehicle and arranged to pick it up the following afternoon after it had been safety checked. When I arrived the following afternoon, the car was ready as agreed and with Jamie's help we proceeded to complete all necessary paper work, register the car to me, activate the 3 month warranty and tax the vehicle. I was allowed to view the car on my own and also to bring someone for a second opinion. The terms were well explained. I was assisted in taxing and registering the car in my name. Friendly staff.

Excellent service, no messing around trying to push additional products. Vehicle was as described and price was as published. All done in less than an hour and that includes a test drive. A1 service and a special mention for Jamie.

I thought it was a good price and low mileage so I called the dealer for more info and the chap I spoke with was knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions and queries. I decided during my call to put a holding deposit on the car and arranged a date to drive with my daughter from Surrey to Kent with a view to purchasing it. Well… upon arrival the car was outside reception, sparking and looking beautiful with a sold sign on it. I didn’t even opened the car door to get in as already decided it was going to be mine. Anyway, when I got the car home I asked my mechanic to give it and once over and he said “not bad”. So, I held out on my review as I’ve had the car for nearly 7 months and today it’s passed its MOT with flying colours! And FYI it’s a Black mini cooper convertible, a total upgrade on my 2005 mini one. I will definitely use this dealer again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to my family and friends.

CMW repainted the entire roof of the car to fix the lacquer, and took off the extra lights at my request that the old owner put on. Also gave me some fresh tyres, a service, and a new MOT (advisory free). They went above and beyond.

I was so hesitant when I arrived as any car purchase is huge, but I would suggest this garage dealer to anyone.

Once again just collected our vehicle ( one of a few cars we have bought from them over the years) and couldn’t fault the service we received.
The customer service is brilliant, the staff are great and Aaron always goes above and beyond to help us when we need to get our cars serviced.
It’s the very reason we have gone back to them when looking to buy a new car and will continue to do so in the future.

Tried to purchase a car I had seen on Autotrader. After speaking to two members of staff over two days and agreeing a price.

A short time after received a call from The Manager to inform me that they didn’t want to sell me the car as i live in Scotland. Never in all my years of buying cars, from all over the UK, have I been told that I live too far away to buy a car.
So best only try and buy from Canterbury Motoring World if your local.
