The canopia pool cover is very restrictive.

The front panel cannot be taken off without wrestling with the aluminiumn profiles and we needed quite a bit of force.

This means the front panel cuts your pool area down by a fair bit, and the hassle taking the front panel off is very off putting as you have a major struggle getting it back on.

I wondered why the videos showed the full assembly WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE FRONT AND REAR PANELS - AND NOW I KNOW

MY request to resolve this was never answered.

Canopy seems good quality, but arrived with most of the larger metal pieces badly scratched. Nearly 2 months and 18 emails later (partly with Palram/Canopia, partly Costco), and still waiting for a resolution... my last email ignored for nearly a week now.

Hard to recommend.

This small shed is ideal, size is perfect. Definitely need two people to erect but not difficult. Very pleased

Tan shed arrived on time. Easy to follow instructions made assembly quite quick. Frame and insert made from very good materials. Very sturdy when assembled. I am very happy with our purchase and would recommend to friends and family.

Shed arrived in box and on inspection there was a hole in a roof panel from a moulding fault.
No support whatsoever from Canopia. I bought direct and they just haven't responded whatsoever to my photographs and explanation. You can see it's a fault in the moulding process. The shed panels are extremely thin. All parts were present but one small shed took 6 hours 2 people. Not clear which screws to use in the instructions.

Received an item damaged told them sent them pictures and videos and after 3 months no reply whatsoever.

Commande effectuée via OO Garden - Livrée bien au-delà des délais annoncés sur le site mais surtout, sans la quincaillerie nécessaire pour monter le produit commandé. Service clients difficile à contacter. J'apprends que les pièces de quincaillerie sont en rupture de stock donc on m'a envoyé qu'une partie du produit - tout en encaissant les fonds bien sûr - et je dois attendre encore 3 à 4 semaines, sans certitude quant à la réception des pièces manquantes. A fuir.

Excellent company service and products. Built two structures. Received great, spot-on help with both. Love the structures. Sturdy, Designed well, Attractive and cost effective. Don’t understand poor reviews. Advanced DIYer. Have built many structures, sheds, etc. Recommend Highly.

without my dispute going through I'd be lost, they didnt do a good job at all!

Very poor quality frame, some pieces were bent, instructions were very difficult to understand and follow, making tighten bolts then having to loosen them again, then tighten them again! Numbers missing off parts so difficult to construct, none of the plastic "windows " were numbered. Took 2 people 2 days to build, if you were paying someone to do this it could cost you £300 more to build it! I challenge the designer to build it and be happy. Don't do with a spouse or partner it will end your relationship!

What a piece of crap purchased a 4 x6 pent shed. I had missing parts It is so flimsy I will probably lose it in the first storm. I want a REFUND OR CREDIT I will take in back in needed. I am ready to go to the bbb regarding this product .

Lost a couple of roof sheets from our Palram Sierra patio cover in the recent freak storms.
The Palram has never had an issue with previous storms, but the recent storm was freakish with 70-80mph winds
Contacted Canopia Palram UK using their online contact us.
Gave them the required info.
Approx 11 days later 2 replacement sheets were delivered free of charge.
No fuss, no complaints.

Thats what as a customer you want to hear.

This company (also known as Palram) deserves more than five stars. My canopy suffered a lot of damage in the recent storms. Even though I had lost my proof of purchase, they attended to my problem with utmost efficiency. They were polite, understanding and faultless.

J'ai commandé le 31 décembre 2015 (n° 7299), sur ce site, un filtre de protection (66,75 € dont 10,75 € de frais de port ; somme débitée le même jour sur ma CARTE VISA) pour un écran ordinateur.
J'ai dû téléphoner vers le 5 janvier 2016 à cette entreprise afin de savoir si ma commande avait bien été prise en compte car aucun mail ne m'avait été transmis de leur part. Deux semaines se passent. Je fais donc cette fois ci un courriel pour connaître le cheminement de la marchandise (aucun contact, ni numéro de suivi...) où l'on me répond que je devrais la recevoir dans la semaine du 25 au 29 janvier 2016. Je patiente...EURÊKA, je l'ai reçue hier 2 février 2016 sans m'y attendre. Je sais que le délai était de 3 semaines sans connaître la date de départ !! (nous sommes à environ 300 km de cette entreprise) mais ils pourraient s'améliorer et avoir l'amabilité de prévenir correctement leur clientèle avec des mails (comme d'autres sites le font) afin de suivre au mieux la progression du produit commandé (cela n'est pas si difficile).
Je ne recommanderai plus sur ce site. Pourtant j'ai d'autres ordinateurs à équiper dans l'avenir.
