Absolutely awful... Do not buy these products! My fridge and dishwasher broke down so many times, the customer service is terrible. Getting someone to fix things is just terrible. Worse make ever!

My partner and I purchased a Candy Washing machine Model number CS 148TBBE-80 in black and a rivet or bolt or whatever it's called in the drum was serrated and damaged over £300 worth of clothes to which the retailer Argos reimbursed us £50 and I had to ask them for that so not impressed with ARGOS either. The machine was loud but you can't fault the quality of the clothes washed. We got a replacement and this machine is louder and wobbles about like R2D2 on methamphetamine. The noise of it bouncing about has been so loud we thought someone was trying to kick our front door in. Now I should of done this review a long time ago so I'm doing it now. I won't be buying Candy again.

J’ai acheté un sèche linge neuf qui a été livré défectueux
Leur réparateur est venu après un mois d’attente et il a confirmé que l’appareil était endommagé mais leur « inspecteur » a classé le dossier sans suite. J’ai donc un sèche linge inutilisable et ils ne proposent aucune solution de réparation ou d’échange. Ils ne sont pas choqués que je sois obligée d’en racheter un. Marque avec Aucune conscience écologique ? Il évoque éventuellement un problème de transport mais ne m’ont donné aucun document certifiant leur déclaration. Service après vente déplorable. Fuyez cette marque.

Delivery could be more faster and reliable as I expected but not a bad experience overall.

Juste des gros voleurs qui affichent des remboursements jamais effectués malgré plusieurs relances et malgré acceptation de leur part, ceci lors d'une offre de 30 € de remboursement pour l'achat de lave linge séchant au magasin But de Fougères...
Bien sûr le vendeur ne se sent pas concerné...
alors fuyez, c'est la meilleure solution. Au final, on vous fait patienter... puis votre N° d'opération devient NON VALIDE... BELLE ARNAQUE

Cela fait un an que je fais intervenir le sav CANDY pour des plaques qui dysfonctionnement de manière aleatoire..en vain.. il est refusé le remplacement du matériel au motif qu’il refonctionne lorsque le technicien revient. Dernière panne le 24/12/25.. toujours pas de fonctionnement aujourd'hui..Matériel à fuir et sav incompétent..

J’ai fais une énorme erreur en achetant mon lave linge et sèche linge chez eux (2022)
Déjà ils ont un très mauvais service clients, ma machine est déjà tombé en panne au bout de 2 ans, nous avons du la réparer nous même alors que normalement garantie mais allez savoir candy n’avaient pas mon dossier.
Le pire c’est que c’est une catastrophe cette machine, elle rétrécit le linge peu importe le programme que vous utilisez.
Je suis sérieuse si vous aimez vos vêtements fuyez.
J’ai juste envie de pleurer, il va falloir que je lave mon linge en rinçage en fait.

Bought a Candy dishwasher from AO (great service). The dishwasher is pretty poor quality but what really lets it down is the USELESS installation and user guide. The information is at best very sketchy and at worst absolutely wrong ! Their user support seems to be non existent . AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

I got the slimline dishwasher (CDPH2L1049-80) as a gift. Quite the gift, the outlet pump isnt working so the water just sits on the reservoir festering bacteria hahaha. Either they would charge me 160 quid to call out an engineer (if its not a factory fault) or i have to pay 4 quid per month insurance...nice trap italians....

Brilliant customer service… delivered by Ethan who went above and beyond being both helpful and courteous.

We were contacted by Candy in August to say to stop using our tumble dryer as there was a fault. We contacted them on the 2nd September and booked an engineer to come. We waited for a reply for a day. Nothing for two months! Then receive a letter to say AFTER the engineer visit they couldn't fix the problem and will be in contact within 48 hours for delivery of new product. 1- NO ENGINEER CAME. 2 - I called back after 1 week and they cannot give me a date when the product will be delivered. Now been 3.5 months without a tumble dryer and no sign of a new one being delivered. Absolutely awful company. Stay away at all costs. Cheap products and customer service is non existent

Title: Save your money – Candy is not worth the price
​I am writing this so other people do not throw their hard-earned money away. I paid £250 for this 9kg Candy machine nearly 3 years ago. At that time, £250 was a lot of money for a washing machine, and I expected it to last. Instead, it broke in under 3 years, and now the water keeps running inside. When I called for help, I spent a long time talking to a robot before reaching a person who was very unfriendly and rude. They wanted £169 just for a repair! Today, you can go to Currys and buy a Beko for about £270—only £20 more than I paid 3 years ago—and it comes with a much better guarantee and service. My old Gorenje lasted 14 years, but this Candy is poor quality. Please don't waste your money here. Buy a more reliable brand instead.

Had two Candy washing machines first one went wrong 11 months in the pump and spin was intermittent.
The second Candy went wrong a month in same problem.
Engineer said it was due to the plastic not ceramic pumps they now use.
Some operators in their call centre are unhelpful and rude their 3rd party repairCare who they sometimes book jobs out with was extremely rude and unhelpful.
Don’t think l would buy these machines form this company again.

Washing machine was faulty - called to book an engineer and ended up getting signed up to a service programe. Booked an appointment which I had to wait a week for - told them specifically when booking I could do any time of day except before 9am. Lo and behold, I get a message late Sunday afternoon confirming my appointment time between 7-9am Monday. By then their call centre is closed so I can't talk to anyone - try to reschedule on the AI WhatsApp chat, there aren't any other appointments so leave it as it is. On the day, the engineer hasn't shown up so I call up and am told 'the AI has cancelled the appointment'. Agent blames AI, says the computer schedules all the appointments and they can't guarantee any appointment time as they can be changed at any point based on new bookings, cancellations etc. - and the system says no more appointments this week. Literally 'computer says no'.
So basically they get you to sign up and pay for the service, then essentially then just maybe show up in a couple of weeks time if the computer hopefully hasn't cancelled it in the meantime

Aucun service après vente après un achat de Lave linge en ligne sur a au bout de 6 mois les aubes cassent et je leur ai fourni la facture il me demande un numéro bidon que personne n'a pour ne pas prendre en charge.

un bouton départ commandé depuis le 20 aout 2025 et toujours pas la pièce.
Encore une fois ce ne sont pas les français qui polluent mais les industriels.
Pourquoi réparer , il vaut mieux acheter du neuf premier prix et on jette dès qu'il ne fonctionne plus

Bought a candy oven in September only had it 2 months and it stopped working no display no power at all checked fuse and different power socket still not working contacted retailer and they gave me candy contact no for a engineer waited 6 days for him to come out to repair it but he just took photo of oven saying I'll have to order part it can take 5 -8 days for part to come in stock then we have to arrange engineer to come out again with part to fix oven that will be 2 weeks going on 3 weeks with no oven when I've got 3 young children to feed and also I need oven for Xmas which there not saying if it will be fixed or not this is not acceptable for a company to leave a family without cooking facility for this length of time and still waiting ! rang candy today 5/12/25 and there saying in there agreement they have 28 days to repair my oven ! Which is not right when you have a family and 3 young children its( disgusting)

Purchased a hoover hob on the 15/05/2025 .After 7 months my wife and I noticed the coating coming off the pan supports revealing the metal underneath .I contacted candy hoover thinking they would be guaranteed .I was asked to provide details and photos which I did .They eventually got back to me saying we had used Abrasive materials to clean them . Now my wife and I have been cleaning various hobs and appliances for over 50 years , so we know what and what not to use for cleaning appliances .I emailed back and said that we felt quite insulted by their remarks and pointed out that only non Abrasive materials had been used .They didn't even bother to reply to me , so good for customer relations. In conclusion I think putting pans on and off is removing the inferior coating on these supports. Just another company wriggling out of their responsibilities.
