The purchase and install were easy and it was delivered promptly. After purchasing a double battery box for 2-6 volt LA, I installed the 200AH Canbat with easy on our travel trailer. I would buy from them again no problem.

Excellent service and even beyond. I got a free upgraded battery since they didn’t have mine in stock. Got it a few days delayed but nothing that mattered as it wasn’t urgent purchase and is understandable seeking it coming from Vancouver I think or nearby to Quebec.

Other than battery I originally ordered not being in stock all went well.

It took 3 months to solve their shipping issues, primarily because they use almost paper thin cardboard boxes to individually ship 60 LB batteries via a national courier service.

Battery was upgraded due to out of stock for the one I had ordered at no charge..delivery was actually a day early..

All our questions were answered prior to ordering and when we had issues with the delivery (one box got left on the truck) you made sure it did get to us.

Batteries fit perfect. I called them and they ensured dimensions. They also shipped me batteries that had higher amp hours with the same dimensions. Great company to work with and the price was excellent.

Other than the batteries were on backorder once I emailed they were processed the next day and shipped. Were recieved the day after. voltage up at 12.7 working as I had hoped the 2 batteries handle my needs nicely. They charge quick and hold the charge excellent. Never drop lower than 12.5 or 12.6 overnight

The lead acid batteries in my lawnmower died and I needed to replace them. Searching for replacements led me to Canbat and their lithium battery conversion kit. I appreciated that it was easy to find, clearly stated its compatibility with my model, was reasonably priced, and shipped right to my door in a week. Packaging was well done and included everything but the tools needed to do the conversion. Had no issues installing the new parts and they seem to work well so far.
