CanaDream RV - Calgary Recenzje 529

Deze zomer hebben wij voor de derde keer een camper gehuurd bij Canadream. Onze verwachtingen waren wederom hoog aangezien het de vorige twee keren erg goed is bevallen en de campers prima waren.

Dit keer viel het helaas toch wat tegen. Via onze reisagent kregen wij de mogelijkheid voor een upgrade van een MHB camper naar een MHA camper. Deze upgrade hebben wij geaccepteerd maar ik vrees dat wij de oudste meest gebruikte camper uit de vloot hebben gekregen:
-heel veel gebruikerssporen waaronder bluisters van de kastjes en tafel
- een scheur in de bekleding van een stoel
- sensoren die niet goed werkten
- het matras in de achterzijde van de camper was zwaar aan vervanging toe, lag voor geen meter
- lekkage in de douche en wasbakje
- wanneer je de verwarming aanzette ging ook de airco aan terwijl dit in het begin van de reis niet zo was
- veel roestplekken aan de buitenzijde
- de sloten van de opberg vakken aan de buitenkant van de camper werkten slecht
- de levellers die we erbij gehuurd hadden (tegen betaling) waren slechts wat vierkante plastic stapel blokjes wat in de praktijk niet werkt

Dit zijn wij niet gewend van een Canadream camper.

Wat wel positief was is de ontvangst door het personeel ter plaatse, ze zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook de achteruitkijk camera in de camper was top.

Desalniettemin hebben we gelukkig wel een fantastische reis door British Columbia en Alberta gemaakt.

Al twee keer binnen 4 jaar canadadream camper gehuurd. De duidelijke en snelle vooral vriendelijke benadering was erg prettig. De camper was super schoon en toen we klein mankement hadden werd het super snel en kundig geregeld. Top verhuurder. Aanrader

To pick the RV and the check-out was very easy. The staff at the location of CanaDream was very friendly, professional and helpful.

I was put in the unfortunate position of having my RV reservation cancelled less than a week before our trip was supposed to start. ( Outdoorsy - private owners renting out their RVs - DO NOT USE THEM )
CanaDream was helpful, professional, and very responsive. We were able to get a great RV that was brand new and had everything we needed.
I highly recommend using CanaDream.

Everything was fine. Good costumer support.

Pick up time was changed by 3hours later night before pick up which costed us a day on an already tight schedule. Return was smooth in Montreal.

Great and quick services at the pick-up in Vancouver and the drop off in Calgary. Great and friendly staff!

My grandma passed away and when I reached out to ask for a refund or even credit for a trip my mother had booked, they told me I should have bought their trip insurance and it was my fault, claiming that they can't exceptions for every guest with an emergency. While I understand that they cannot accommodate for every kind of emergency, it's hard to believe that they can't offer a partial refund or credit for the death of an immediate family member.

They were knowledgeable and excellent to deal with, even when encountering problems.

The camper van was in perfect condition and served us flawlessly during our 11-day trip.
The service both at pick-up and drop-off was excellent.

A very Good experience - introduction to the car by person little bit more briefly would make the experience a greater one.

Awning was not available (noone told us about it), pick up rules were too strict

Very friendly personnel, Helbing us while our unit‘s Electric was broken by Provisionen us with an exchange unit (on a Sunday evening at Banff).
Interesting to know what has been the root course for this failure?
But: Handing over of the RV in calgary happened under time pressure, because Louis wanted to finish his daily work. RV not fully charged, a lot of damages on the windshield, beside online instruction it was a poor explanation at Site (time pressure by Louis).

Picked up RV, after one day black waste was pouring out of compartment. Complained, got little assistance lost one and a half days holiday and at the end of the holiday got 800 dollars compensation which hardly covered the phone bill on the premium rate tariff. Second time I have used Canadream and most definitely the last.

We cannot say enough positive about our recent first time experience with Canadream! We rented the maxi travel camper for 7 days to travel to Jasper and the Banff area. The truck was super comfortable and easy to drive and offered plenty of "bells & whistles", it was also very fuel efficient. The camper part of the vehicle was equally as comfortable it had enough room for my adult son and I with plenty of storage. It was very easy to operate, the fridge/freezer was the perfect size for a weeks worth of "provisions". The linens were high quality and super cozy, the kitchen kit was stocked better than my kitchen at home! Pick up/drop off couldn't have gone any smoother, staff are lovely and super knowledgeable, special shout out to Shelly who went above and beyond! We will most definitely book with Canadream in the future and have already started planning our next road trip. Thank you for making our experience even better!
