CanaDream RV - Calgary Recenzje 

We had a great family vacation with 6 adults in a MAX Plus. Two of the beds were quite uncomfortable but we did find room to sleep six comfortably. The vehicle was in decent shape with a few minor issues, leaking pipes under sink and grey water backing up. There was plenty of storage. We checked in as soon as the email arrived and still only found very early times for drop off! So you loose a day as pickup is in the afternoon and drop off in the morning. We found some fees above the cost of rental a bit extreme - toaster, early check in, late drop off, coffee maker, etc. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Very efficient and friendly service. RV was excellent. Staff at drop off point even took extra time to take apart sofa temporarily to get at some cards that we had lost. Would definitely recommend and use company again.

Wir haben rundum eine positive Erfahrung gemacht mit der Anmietung bei CanaDream. Der Service bei Abholung und Rückgabe war sehr gut. Das Fahrzeug in einem super Zustand.

Very friendly staff, nice and new car, very well equipped! The only thing that we missed but fully understand why it can not be used is the awning.

내가 제공받은 SVC는 더러웠습니다. 운전석에도 먼지가 많았고 직물시트의 오염은 닦아지지 않아서 이용하는 내내 찝찝했습니다. 거주하는 공간도 이게 청소가 된건가? 원래 이런건가? 싶어서 다시 물어봤는데 니차는 아무문제 없다는 답변을 받았습니다. 차량의 기본적인 기능을 설명해주러 차에 들어왔는데 신발은 신고 들어와서 놀랐습니다. 우린 모두 신발을 벗고 설명을 듣고있는 상태였기 때문이다.
식탁에 있는 의자 바닥과 등받이를 고정할 수 있는 방법이 없어서 이용하는 내내 시트의 위치를 계속 바로 잡아줘야했습니다.

결과적으로 나는 청소용품을 구입해서 바닥과 손이 닿는 모든부분을 티슈로 닦아 낸 후에 차량을 운행할 수 있었다.
그리고 부스터 카시트가 없는건 정말 충격이다.
당신들이 가지고 있는 20키로 아이가 이용가능하다는 그 카시트를 식탁 의자에 놓아본적이 있는가??
부스터 카시트가 없는것도 충격인데 그나마 가지고 있는 카시트도 오염으로 인해 끈적임이 느껴졌다. 한번도 세척을 하지 않았을 것이다....
단언컨데 내가 차량을 반납할때가 내가 인수받을때보다 훨씬 깨끗해져있었다.

Fabulous, easy collection and drop off and a great RV to explore Canada in.

À notre arrivée , on nous a proposé d’attendre 10min pour avoir un agent qui parle français. Nous avons finalement attendu 30min avec nos enfants fatigués.
Finalement on passe de longues minutes à nous proposer des assurances supplémentaires . Il y avait une table pour faire des dessins mais personne ne nous avait proposé d’y laisser nos enfants.
Quand on récupère enfin le camping car , l’agent se rend compte qu’il n’a pas été vidé. On attend encore 30min. Les explications sur le fonctionnement ont été très brèves alors que c’était la 1ere fois que nous conduisions un camping-car.
L’agent paraissait agacée et pressée . Nous avons testons les clés des coffre après son départ et elles ne fonctionnent pas. Nous avons heureusement trouvé un employé qui nous a aidé et a réparé la serrure du coffre.
Nous avons aussi eu du mal à installer les sièges auto et d’autres employés nous ont aidés.
Pour le retour, bien qu´un peu long, nous n’avons eu aucun soucis.
En conclusion, je pense que celui l’agent qui vous accueille l’expérience peut être totalement différente. Nous aurions aimé plus d’égard à notre sujet.

au départ: 2 draps manquants, 2 couettes manquantes, ménage approximatif, serrure coffre à bagages arrière cassée; à du être changée avant notre départ d'où 30mn de retard. pendant le séjour: rupture d'une tasse de thé entrainant sur mon épouse des brulures au second degré et une nuit à l'hôpital de Banff.
Ce préjudice a été négocié à notre retour à Calgary mais nous sommes toujours en attente du règlement des 264.60$.

Die Einführung zum Fahrzeug ging nur knapp 15 Minuten und war eher oberflächlich.

Der Kühlschrank war entweder voller Eis oder am Abtauen. Der Kühlschrank wurde wohl ersetzt vor einiger Zeit aber vermutlich wurde ein anderes Modell verwendet, zumindest sah man das daran, dass es einen grossen Spalt gab zur Wand. Auch war die Schranktüre jeweils sehr kalt (=> Kältebrücken)

Eine Nacht ohne Strom war knapp möglich, ich denke das lag vorallem am Kühlschrank. Eine zweite Nacht ohne Strom in der Wildnis trauten wir uns nicht, da Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach voll waren.

Ansonsten hat das Fahrzeug knapp 5'000 km ohne Probleme durchgehalten.

Rückgabe dank " Rundum Sorglospaket" sehr einfach und schnell.

Es war alles perfekt organisiert und alles hat gut geklappt. Die Fahrzeuge sind gut gelaufen. Die Küchenausstattung sollte um eine Kaffeekanne ergänzt werden. Schön wäre deutschsprechendes Personal bei der Abholung des Fahrzeugs.

We are so happy about the service received.
The lady that showed as the vehicle and explained everything to us was very nice and made us feeling completely comfortable. So she was the one at the desk in Calgary where we delivered the RV. She made the check out process very easy and smooth and was very nice and professional.

We experienced an excellent service and uncomplicated and easy handling.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Weil ich 40 km ins Nordterritorium gefahren bin muss ich die volle Gebühr bezahlen. Die genaue Grenze war mir nicht bekannt.

Since our flight was delayed, we couldn't pick up the camper on the scheduled day. We couldn't understand why no one from Canadream was waiting for us; as a result, we had to book a hotel unexpectedly, and our first campsite reservation was forfeited.

Very good RV, no problems during the journey, quick and helpful check-in and professional (industrial like) check-out.
Attention: The deposit with credit card is very expensive, because CanaDream withdraw the money (5.000$!) and gives it back after the rental time - so 2x50,- or more Can$ expenses are incurred for the renter. That´s unnecessary, because taking a place on the credit card would be sufficient and much cheaper for the customer!!

Easy from pick up to drop off, all staff were super helpful. RV was fantastic, lots f extra features

We hired a truck camper from Cana Dream for 8 nights in July this year and had the best experience. Communication before and during our time in Canada was great. Pick up and drop off were very efficient and smooth. We loved the truck camper. It was very comfortable and big enough for the two of us. The condition of the camper was very good despite being a few years old, it had only minor wear and tear. The truck was very new. The kitchen equipment was a bit disappointing compared to what we had in other rentals. We would definitely rent from Cana Dream again and can highly recommend this company for your Canada adventure
