Good experience overall
Good experience overall, we experienced issues with the drainage system of the grey water tank. Also found old mouse droppings by the closet floor.

Wohnmobil hätte so nie rausgegeben werden dürfen
Wohnmobil war durch einen alten nicht reparierten Wasserschaden sehr verdreckt und abgewohnt.
Unter Spüle alter verschimmelter, stinkender Müll und vermodertes Holz.
Hätte so nie rausgehen dürfen.
Technisch war alles in Ordnung.

Der Bett-Slide-Out war von Anfang an defekt!!! das heisst, das Bett fuhr nur ca. 7 cm heraus.
Es war unmöglich für 2 Erwachsene darin schlafen!!!
Wir mussten die ganze Reise über Notbehelfsmäßig diagonal, mit heraushängenden Füßen, Beinen - eine Person in dem halben Bett, die 2. Person in dem Minibett auf der Sitzgruppe schlafen.
Dafür war auch zu wenig Bettzeug, Decken vorhanden.
So haben wir jeder für sich die Nächte durch gefroren.
Leider war das Serviceteam von CanaDream nicht Willens/in der Lage Abhilfe zu schaffen.

Nachdem Ihr Buchungsagent uns mitgeteilt hatte, dass Sie Probleme mit dem Auszug hatten, haben wir Sie noch am selben Tag per E-Mail kontaktiert, um Ihnen unsere Hilfe anzubieten. Wir haben uns zwar über Ihre erste Antwort gefreut, aber unser Team musste direkt mit Ihnen sprechen, damit einer unserer Wohnmobiltechniker Sie durch die Schritte zur Fehlerbehebung führen konnte. Laut den Notizen in Ihrer Buchung blieben unsere täglichen Anrufe bei Ihnen unbeantwortet, was leider bedeutete, dass wir das Problem während Ihrer Reise nicht lösen konnten.
Es tut uns aufrichtig leid, dass dies Ihre Erfahrung beeinträchtigt hat, und wir möchten Ihnen versichern, dass unser Team Ihnen bei Problemen jederzeit zur Verfügung steht. Nice RV, nice experience
Nice RV, nice experience picking it up and dropping it off, no significant issues on the road so all happy!
Few minor issues would be 1) leaky aircon unit (luckily we only had one day of rain or snow) and 2) what I would regard as a confusing and sketchy winterisation policy, which appears to place the blame on the customer when freezing damages the RV, even when CanaDream have not winterised the RV.
However, these issues were either minor or did not impact us, so I see no reason to detract from five stars. Overall a good time, and would hire from them again!

Once in a life time expereience
Family of 3 traveled from Delta, BC to Calgary, AB with the Canadream RV.
It was an expereience that I would highly recommend to those who has never traveled with the RV.
Me and my family would like to come back to Canada and travel again in different provice with the RV.
The RV rent price was reasonable and everything was so easy and simple to operate.
Thx for this great expereience!

Goede ervaring
De info over de camper bij aflevering mag wat uitgebreider en al bestaande schade zou al in een rapport moeten staan, zodat je niet iedere cm van de camper op de foto hoeft te zetten..
Keukeninventaris was te beperkt; slechts 2 vorken, lepels, messen, borden, glazen enz. en niet lichtgewicht/onbreekbaar.
Verder prima camper met goed bed en voldoende kasten.
Bij inleveren camper zijn we snel geholpen en de borg werd na 2 weken netjes overgemaakt.

Bedankt dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw ervaring bij ons te beoordelen. Gasten ontvangen bij het ophalen een rapport per e-mail met daarin de bestaande schade, dat zij zo snel mogelijk moeten controleren. Als er schade is die niet in het rapport staat vermeld, moeten gasten ons hiervan op de hoogte stellen, zodat wij dit kunnen noteren. Veel gasten kiezen ervoor om voor hun eigen gemoedsrust foto's van het hele voertuig te maken. Uw opmerking over de keukeninventaris is genoteerd en zal worden doorgestuurd naar het management. We zijn blij dat u over het algemeen een goede ervaring heeft gehad en hopen u in de toekomst weer te mogen verwelkomen. Het was een genoegen u als onze gasten te mogen ontvangen.
