Pick-up and drop off were really easy and staff was very helpful.
RV Camper was in excellent shape, although a small garbage bin would have been useful;)

Overall
Overall, we had a GREAT holiday seeing many places using an RV and therefore having comfortable beds for the nights at the campgrounds. I can recommend it to everybody. If you are 3 people or less, get an Ford F-350 as it is smaller and you can park it on the normal parking spaces. The RV we had was 28 inches long, which means you need extra parking space. In most places, this was no issues at all, but at the busy locations, you need to be early.

Our campervan rental experience was wonderful
Our campervan rental experience was absolutely perfect! The vehicle was in excellent condition, easy to operate, and very comfortable for our trip. Roadside assistance was reliable and gave us peace of mind, though we never had to use it. Everything worked flawlessly, making our journey smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Fantastic RVs and Service
We had a blast cruising around Alberta and BC with our TCA. Such a good car. The Ford F-350 is fun to drive and the camper on top of it is really well laid out. Staff at CD Calgary is fantastic. Highly recommended!

Canavan Canada Dream Holiday
The 33 foot van was awesome, even though it was bigger than we probably needed. Surprisingly easy to manoeuvre. Had everything and more that we needed.

Great cars and communication, not a great pick up
We booked a TCa Maxi truck camper for a long period of 45 days. We really enjoyed the car and camper unit, the car was brand new and communication with Canadream through their chat was great too.
The only downside was the lack of explanation during pick up. We checked out all the videos in the pre pickup period but especially for a long rental like this you should put more effort in it. Some examples:
- some safety features of the car don’t work when an RV unit is connected to it. We didn’t know this in advance so had to look up if something was broken or if it’s just the way it is with the RV on top
- we had to refill the DEF fluid multiple time, I didn’t know what it was nor was I informed we could save the bills for this and get the money back after
- There was no explanation of the different drive modes in the car, I did some research myself but it could cause damage if we choose the wrong mode while driving (for example using Diff Lock or 4WD modes on roads).
Put some more effort in this and then it’s amazing 5 stars.
