Abrupt 30-40 minute calls that aren’t scheduled
I’m just at the beginning stages. So far the team has been highly supportive and they seem friendly. The thing I would say they need to change is calling people abruptly and so many times. I would suggest sending an email and SCHEDULING a call rather than calling and expecting someone to have 30 minutes to speak at that exact time with no prior discussion (I don’t consider an email saying you’ll be called in 12-48 hours enough). There’s so many nuances to someone’s life like children, work, vacation etc that abrupt calls wouldn’t fit into. Please change that. It’s super easy to write an email requesting when a person is available to have a discussion for 40 minutes.

This business is a misrepresentation of…
This business is a misrepresentation of the Canadian visa process. They charged me thousands of dollars and will not submit a visa on my behalf. A variety of account managers and/or case workers continually call from different BC phone numbers, ask for money and con you into paying for things that do not exist. When I try to return the calls from their various numbers, I don’t even get through. All in all, I paid for services that I did not receive, such as a “job portal” which was just links to publicly available information like indeed.ca.
I didn’t do my research and am disputing all the charges with my credit card company.

Demanding 2700 $ at early stage of processing inspite of paying 149$ at evaluation time.
why someone will pay without getting any legal prof of this transaction,who knows the fund is crediting in a govt account.
If Canadian govt demands this fund or may be more after issuing Visa then
NO PROBLEM SIR.

me llamaron a para decirme que era candidata a evaluacion y me pregunto si yo entendia el proceso
le dije que no que no sabia nada, que estaba buscando informacion de lo que neceistaba para preparme
me dijo que si yo contaba con 49 USD para pagar yo le dije que si y me dijo que me evaluaria al terminar la envaluacion me dijo que yo tenia que realizar el pago a travez de la llamada, como mencione solo buscaba informacion de cuanto salia el proceso
y al mencionarle que si podia enviarme un correo y mas infomarcion de lo qe estaba pagando porque me daba un poco de desconfianza realizarlo a travez del telefono
me dijo que si no estaba segura que no realizara pero que al no pagar perderia el cupo y que me traeria consecuencias para una futura postulacion
yo no se si lo que me dijo es real, pero de ser asi ela no fue para nada clara porque nunca me dijo que esta era una entrevista migratoria y unica en 2 años solo me dijo que era para ver si calificaba para postular
fue muy altanera y recalco que esto me perjuducaria en el futuro
la verdad estoy muy preocupada ya que yo con mucha ilusión busque información
