Again Canadian Tire tried a massive ripoff. Last time when I changed my tires( just the tires) they quoted me $6300 for urgent repairs needed. I had not asked for that, but they made a big drama out of it anyway. I had ir fixed at a licensed repair shop for $800. Today I went to change my tires again and they said they can not change them unless i replace all the wheel nuts.OK, how much? $20 per wheel nut for a total of $400 +tax. Criminals. Ripoff merchants. I know people who work there and they all say the same thing: Ever since the new management took over they have been instructed to do this...find anything to upsell, make up as urgent so they can charge customers ridiculous money. They should be out of business, they are crooks....and then they refuse to even try " either you accept the $400 charge or we will not fix your car ". What? Not even try before they rob me? Has nothing to do with running an honest business anymore.

I have dealt with wonderful people at Canadian Tire automotive center and am very grateful to them, but occasionally I get an individual that is rude, condescending, and judgmental. Recently I was asked to call back with some information and when I did he hung up on me. I was essentially forced to go somewhere else.

Yesterday we visited Canadiantire Beacon Hill store and we were facing problem to find one item. We found one of the representative named “Jayda” who helped us to find the item. The way She helped us was really impressive which really made our life easy. We acknowledge her way of helping; Such employees in any organisation are the shining stars for the organisation. Thanks Jayda and thanks Canadiantire to have such employees.

Chad is awesome. He did an awesome job on my car sounds so much better and it was even cheaper than I thought it was gonna be. God is good all the time.🙌

I violently object to the new advertising that does not give the price of the items, just how much the discount is. That prevents comparative shopping and I consider it unethical and it should be illegal.

Canadian tire mainly Auto section have very poor service .Canadian tire was not like this before 15 yrs it is totally changed .
Everything return if u want return nowadays very difficult.I don’t go to buy anything in Canadian tire .

Aylmer Ontario Canadian Tire. Dorothy in Parts and Service was on a break and noticed us trying to put on new windscreen wipers. She came over to us and just affixed the wipers for us. She even took the time to show us how to do it for the next time.

Canadian tire often cheats the customers. Last year I let it repair one brake. Eventually they claimed all four brakes were required to be changed (in fact only 40% pad used, no need change). This year something related brake makes noise. Canadian tire claimed all four collipers are required change as well as brake pads and discs, wasting more 2000$. After repairing the same thing occured. Eventually it is found the noise is made by two metals, just bending them, done, no need to change the collipers and pads/discs. Canadian tire cheated customers and make money. Never trust Canadian tire. only Let them change oil and tires, nothing else. No matter Canadian tire says what, do not trust them, saying NO always.

Worst Customer service I have ever seen. Every and I mean front line employee did not want to be there. Waiting 45 minutes for some to locate something in the warehouse that was on sale . The employee could see but wasn’t able to get to it . Apparently that store make money without selling product. I will never enter that store again.

Bought a Bundle Buggy, Using it after purchase. Needed scissors to cut zip ties holding wheels. I walked up to a fat male employee slob standing at his little box just 5 steps from customer service desk where there was a line. I asked the fat slop nicely if he had scissors on him. He said NO & told me to go customer service which was 5 steps where he was standing doing nothing. Nice little black girl handed me scissors.

I had to return a bbq because of a defect to the Belleville store. The employee, Harsh (that is his name but certainly not his attitude or personality) was more than helpful. He persevered until the problem was resolved. More than happy with the experience.

Seconds after crossing the turnstile I was confronted by a staff member for having a backpack! I entered the automotive department to buy light bulbs fory new motorcycle. I'm an engineer, not a thief or drugy. I ended up escorted from the store infront of a dozen people like I was a shop lifter!!! It was just humiliating!! The store manager wull not return my call & the support line defended the staff.
It's one thing to welcome someone then guide them to lockers politely.
It's another entirely to attack them like they stolen something!!!

étoile cela serait ma côte. Très mauvais service chez la succursale du boulevard L'ormière à Québec, un très grand manque de compétences. J'ai du leur montrer sur GPT comment changer ma batterie sur mon véhicule. Ils ont pas réparer ma voiture mais ils l'ont brisé. J'ai dû consulter un autre garage afin de réparer leur gaffes et de plus la commis m'a informé qu'il y a aucun mécanicien compagnon le week-end ce qui cause un très gros manque de compétence. Le directeur, Monsieur Paradis a aucune écoute et aucunement responsable des erreurs de ses mécaniciens. Même leur forfait du changement d'huile en nous mentionnant qu'ils vont remplir le lave vitre. Surprise, mon lave vitre était vide et j'ai dû acheter du lave vitre le lendemain. Très très mauvais service, un très gros manque de compétences et le service après vente par le directeur, M. Paradis, très mauvais. Je dois procéder à des recours pour revendiquer mes droits. Plus de 1000,00 pour réparer leur gaffes.

DO NOT PURCHASE BICYCLES BY CANADIAN TIRE STORE BRAND. The bicycle looked like a nice comfortable ladies bicycle. I am retired and I was told I could bring the bicycle back any Wednesday to have it tuned up. I was never able to ride it because the gears don't shift properly. I was not informed of the 30 day warranty when I gave them my money and the store on 120 street in surrey, gave me the runaround more than once regarding my useless canadian tire storebrand bicycle that I have never been able to ride. Mastercraft tools are pretty good though. Some staff are decent, others not so much.

Customer service in the automotive department is dismal. They are overwhelmed, cannot annswer simple questions and have no system to track appointments , shuttles, etc. There is a substantial leadership issue here!!

Garden Centre said open but it was not. Went in and found someone who looked like he did not want to be at work anywhere. He did tell me to pay at the till and he would send someone to the garden centre. I paid for 2 bags of soil and headed for the gate. Locked, but someone was in the field office but totally ignore me and my blowing of my horn. As I was leaving, I saw a woman walking towards the gate but I just left. Very, very poor service!

Poor service after what the man has done to my lug issues. He refused to unlock it which he’s the one who caused the problem on my back rear tire he did too tight on it. Over 200 lbs. not impressed. I will look for better service than this!!

My husband & I were shopping for some flowering shrubs at the Uxbridge Garden Center #127. We were assisted by Josh and he was fantastic! Extremely friendly and shrub knowledgeable. We will definitely be back and we hope to work with Josh again!

Canadian Tire Hanover Ontario has a young staff member who is fantastic at his job. Jose went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for and gave us other ideas as to what we could use for our project. He will go places in life. He was very respectful and helpful.

The auto customer service is very well, assisted me from the beginning. I give 5 stars.
