Customer Service is at a very high standard

me and my wife ordered hot tub for our new house, you know, in winter times what you need after long freezing days , tired after work - all you want a good relaxatin in warm water ...
the tub came intact, no marks on it, no scatches...
we were lucky as the tub has to be installed on the 1st floor, and the gus from deliery did not have any troubles moving it
prior ordering we contact the customer service, andd they guided us , asking preliminary questions on the size, the house, the placement and etc...all was done in a pro way.
I recommend them, and my wfe too :D

Do not buy a portable tub from this company, nothing but trouble.

We recently purchased a Grand Rapids Portable Hot Tub.
This was advertised as a 2025 Grand Rapids hot tub, yet it was packed in a box that clearly had the date of 2021 on it in two different places, so not new, really, more like old stock.
When it arrived, the box was very dirty and had been resealed underneath.
The hot tub developed a leak on the inside of the main bladder within 24 hours, this was replaced free of charge.
The pump then failed on first use of less than 30 minutes, and to add to that, the inflatable top kept deflating.
We thought we would switch to Canadian Spa after using other brands for some time, and we were due for a new hot tub.
The only reason we use the so-called portable inflatable tubs is that we have no room for a solid tub.
We ended up sending it back and got a refund, yet the amount of time and effort people put into setting these up, plus the cost, is not compensated for.
This was for us a very bad experience from start to finish, and we would certainly not recommend this company to anyone.

Bought a Canadian Spa hot tub through Robert Dyas. Had a couple of issues with some items with the lid not staying inflated. Robert Dyas and then Canadian Spa were great. Three days after speaking with Robert Dyas, and then speaking with Canadian Spa to understand the issue, the item arrived without question through the post. Spot on service.

Wir waren mit der Lieferung sehr zufrieden. Den Service mussten wir leider in Anspruch nehmen, aber die Hilfe und Unterstützung war sehr gut.

So far so good I purchased the 2024 Grand rapids 110 jets inflatable hot tub from themselves so I'm assuming because I have purchased from them directly if anything goes wrong I'll have more luck to get help with it.

So at the moment the product which is a inflatable hot tub is still boxed at home I have also purchased a chemical starter kit and spare filters all 3 came within 3 days of purchase and although they all came at seperate occasions and on seperate days I'm happy they all arrived undamaged in a timely fashion.

Now guys I leave honest reviews but not just that little do the company know but I am a YouTuber and my partner works for a magazine where she basically has free roam to write about topics she chooses and the magazine has ties with mothersnet and other forums so IF we experience problems and WHEN I get home next week I will let you ALL know or not whether the Grand Rapids 2024 Inflatable hot tub is worth buying or NOT and depending on how our experience is if it isn't you'll know about it as you always do if we experience any problems 😉 so will they too! 😅😂👌 But so far so good!

From the initial telephone contact to the online ordering and then dealing with a missing part and a problem with the top the response and service was very quick and easy and the contact was very responsive and more than helpful.
The product as expected was good quality and excellent value for money.

Needed a new control box for a chilliwack sauna that was no longer working and out of warranty. The whole experience of ordering one was straight forward. I payed over the phone and had one delivered the next day. Easy to install, now sauna is working like brand new. Very happy, thanks.

Juste un an plus tard, une des fermeture a perdu sur plusieurs zones les crans de cette fermeture. La bâche c’est juste 700€. J’ai échangé pour comprendre, mai à la suite de deux trois échanges, et devant le désintérêt des personnes en ligne, je ne peux que pas préconiser Canadian spa! Une honte d’après vente! Évitez cette enseigne! Un pur scandale.

Mir fehlt das Mittel "shock" und ist nie verfügbar! Davon brauche ich bei jeder Messung am meisten. Ansonsten bin ich zufrieden.

Delivery very fast, easy to install

We bought our Thunder Bay spa eight years ago, and it still looks like new. Even though it is way out of warranty, the Canadian Spa customer service has been amazing - most problems have been resolved over the phone free of charge. We needed a new control panel this year - their engineer drove for two and a half hours to our place to fix it, all at very reasonable cost. They are really great hot tubs, with great backup.

We recently bought a spa from Canadian Spa company.
The Spa arrived on time as arranged but unfortunately there was a problem with the control Panel. We contacted the company and spoke to Troy and Adam. They were extremely helpful and bent over backwards to get the problem sorted. The customer service was excellent and it was quickly resolved after a visit from an Engineer. Despite our initial problem The Spa is wonderful and I would highly recommend the company they were professional and responded Quickly and Efficiently to our Queries.
