POSSIBLE SCAM!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! My husband ordered silver Jan. 25, 2026. Still haven't received anything almost 3 months later. They said they're refunding us in full (almost $5000.00) but keep throwing out "roadblocks" such as my boss isn't here, he left on vacation, but we're going to send it in e-transfers or you'll get the check in the mail this week, and a tracking number. All lies. Still haven't received anything. Several emails now, and they stopped responding. I will be contacting RCMP as obviously this looks like a scam. No product received, and no refunded money. It's reasonable to say, after reading these reviews and our own experience, Canadian Bullion is likely scamming clients.

Great costumer service and very honest. Was a pleasure working with Canadian bullion. I got exactly what I asked for and would highly recommend!

All of the sellers are extremely kind, and easy to work with. The process was extremely fast and easy.

Great prices and products. Wait time was longer than others but was worth the price and service.

I placed an order in November 2025 and I still have not received it! Poorest customer service rarely answer the phone the mail boxes on the Ontario local number and the 866 number are full. They have promised it will be sent in a day or two on three different occasions and I am still waiting.
I found out the person that answers the phone is not allowed to handle the product just place the orders and prepare the shipping. My shipping box has been sitting on their table for over a month.
The supervisor handling the product is the problem in this situation. To anyone wanting to buy products from these people! "Just Don't"! Six months of waiting and calling still nothing!

Dear Canadian Bullion Customer Service,

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent order.

Although I have now finally received the order, it arrived only after more than two months of delay and required multiple phone calls and emails on my part just to get updates. This level of service is extremely disappointing. As a customer, I should not have to repeatedly follow up just to receive basic information or ensure my order is fulfilled.

In addition to the delay and lack of communication, I am very concerned about the quality of the bullion received. The condition and finishing of the product are far below acceptable standards and do not reflect the level of quality expected when purchasing bullion.

For comparison, I have recently ordered from Canadian PMX and received my order within one week. The quality and finishing of the silver from them were excellent—truly a day-and-night difference compared to my experience with your company. This highlights the gap in both service and product quality.

Overall, this experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I expected reliable service, timely delivery, and high-quality products, but unfortunately, none of these expectations were met.

This company should be ashamed of themselves. I placed an order almost a year ago for silver. They accepted my etransfer but did not send me my silver. I have sent many emails with no reply.
They answered a few calls with promises to send it but still nothing.
Please don’t make the mistake I did.

I waited 25 days and told they don't have my gold. Then I told them to give me a refund and then they charged me a 50 dollar cancelation fee and 121 for a market loss all because they can fill a order they took money for . . Stay away from these scammers

This company is probably a scam, they don't answer phones, reply to messages or emails.

I am worried I am going to lose my order. I placed it months ago and was told several times hat it would ship but I m still waiting. Nothing has arrived. This has been a very stressful experience. I wish I had read the reviews before using this company.
I should had just put all that money into my portfolio on #GoIdbIoom # Iaboratories..I would be getting a much better returns today.

Have been waiting on an online order for over 4 months, I’ve called multiple times, I’ve sent multiple emails. Unfortunately I worry this is a scam. Will be following up with the RCMP

Eventually got in touch with them, and they sent it.

Ordered and paid for my order and its been over a month with no updates and no delivery of my order. Phone calls for both numbers listed go to the exact same voice mail. No ability to contact anyone and no follow up or confirmation or tracking.....all emails sent were ignored with no response!

This business needs to be investigated for its business practices or lack there of , Customer service is non existent.

My bank called and blocked the transaction due to their suspicious activity.... This company is flagged. Thank god my bank was on it. Beware..

Avoid this company unless you like stress! I started to be a bit concerned after 1.5 months when the items had not been shipped! I then started researching this company, first on this platform and was floored by the over whelming negative reviews! Then I realized other top tier exchanges except paypal or credit card payment cause they are accredited entities which this group is not. That is a huge flag as it would be a first line of defense against fraud (no delivery then fairly quick refund). I still don't quite recall how I did not research this company in the first place, what a life lesson!

A client of mine helped me research more into this company, found out loads, effectively this entity does not exist, at least not the way they state! Canadian Bullion suppliers business license expired in Feb 2024,their address on google maps is false or an old address ! No FINTRAK registration along with not being registered with royal Canadian mint ( RCM ), does not store stock even though they state "in stock". Their other entity is called Canadian Bullion Services which seems to be active name also associated with Canadian Bullion suppliers.

Reviewers here should also leave an review on google, keep this e-commerce company in check, up hold their statement in their bio " integrity & honesty" most of all ,research before buying !!!

Like many here, very dissapointed with my experience. You get a payment / order confirmation from them, then wait.
A week later I sent them an email inquiring about the shipping status, never got a reply.
Moments ago I called them only to find out shipping can be from 5 business days to a month
This is my first and last time dealing with them. Past experiences with Border Gold, Silver Gold Bull, Toronto Gold Bullions see the purchses shipped within 3 days without any issues
I wish I had searched for reviews and stayed away from Canadian Bullions

I'm afraid I'm going to lose my $10,000 order. I placed the orders May/Jun 2025. I kept getting promises that the orders would ship and I'm still waiting 6 months later. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - a very stressful situation. I wish I read these reviews first before using this company.

I ordered in febuary 2025 and never received anyting

Terrible company to deal with.
After ordering the coin they phoned (harassed) me every day inquiring about my payment, as it takes two days for the money to clear the interact system from my bank.
The order was placed for a gold coin on September 29, 2025 and have not received any correspondance back as to shipment date.

UP DATE: After 3 months they sent a Canada Post tracking number, but after the tracking number was issued, the item was never mailed.

I contacted the Police to investigate them for fraud. It took another week of calls to Canadian Bullion before the coin was actually shipped to me.

Finally I received the coin, but I'll never order again from this company. I now have to call off the Police investigation into this company.
