Great place to play with friends have lots of fun whenever I go to play also with optimum paintball it makes it cheaper to play with my friends so not bad price wise.

I booked in with optimum, and it was the best decision I’ve made for a weekend, it was a cheap way to book in, we had a blast and we saved 10%, it was an amazing day, we will be visiting again!

We brought optimum paintball tickets from a mall went down to the Maple Ridge site and because of the tickets we got 10% off of our group packs

My husband booked in to delta force after buying these tickets from a show in Vancouver

After researching I thought it was a scam but once we spoke to the guy on the table and he explained how the tickets work and that we did need to buy paintballs on the day as well there was no surprises

Booked in with tickets I got from the home and garden show in Vancouver it came with 100 paintballs plus 10% off of group packs on site

Booked in to delta force using optimum Paintball we got a discount off our first 100 paintballs and then 10% off all our group pack on the day

Fantastic experience especially for first time players. Jack the manager was really attentive to our needs, and the Optimum Paintball tickets that I booked through gave us a 10% discount on our paintballs. Definitely the best wyato organise it.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked a paintball session for March 20th, but it was canceled due to an issue at the site. While I understand that unexpected things can happen, the real problem started afterward.
I was told over the phone that my refund would be processed by March 28th. Today is April 21st, and I still have not received my money.
What’s worse is the lack of clear communication and accountability. Every time I contact them, I get the same response: We’ll check with the refund department and call you back. When they do follow up, they repeatedly say the refund is approved and that I’ll receive it within two days but this has been going on for over a month now with no resolution.
This kind of runaround is unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t have to chase their own refunds for weeks while being given the same empty promises over and over again.
I would not recommend this company based on this experience. Be cautious when booking, especially if there’s any chance you might need a refund.

We had the best time. The staff were amazing, explained everything well and very polite. Made sure everything was safe. If there was a problem with the gun, they sorted it straight away or swapped it for another. It was a lovely day out.

Booked on website, they wouldn't accept my booking claiming its a scam. Gave me a sob story on how it happens to everyone and they've been aware of it. Pricing is terrible and they wouldn't let you use your own paint.

Amazing paintball centre! They even provided us 10 charity tickets for my club's fundraiser which was a massive help to help us raise money to improve blood disease care. Thank you Delta Force!!
