The service was explained rather simply and was easy to use. The reminders about the payments through out the month help not forget about it. Lowering my total debt amount has been a great stress reliever with a significant decrease in payment abouts.

When I first contacted CFFC, I did not know how they could help. I made some really bad decisions during the pandemic and was in a lot of credit card and other debts. I was blown away, by how much they were able to reduce the amount owing and set up a payment plan. The payments don’t charge interest either. It’s directly to the amount I owe. It was a process that didn’t take very long. I had a couples calls and a counseling call regarding my budget.
I am able to sleep at night, knowing my mountain of debt is only a little hill. I highly recommend reaching out to CFFC to get financial aid. Great service by every employee I spoke with and Moshin Khan has been great! I appreciate the reminders for the monthly payment.

I had a great experience with CFFC from the beginning. Everything was explained in detail to me, and all my questions were answered. I always get a prompt answer, be it when I call or email them. I can’t insist enough on the sense of relief I felt after my filing a consumer proposal and knowing I was protected from creditors and would get a new start in five years. The creditors kept calling me for a while but CFFC reassured me they had all been notified. I am very satisfied with CFFC.

Everything was going well until setting up payment dates. It took took to long for them to get it right. Everything should be smooth sailing now. Hari and Moshin were easy to work with for the most part, I have a brain injury that makes understanding things hard.
