Placed an order on April 1st ... Says a shipping label was created on the 5th. Today is the 15th and no updates. Emailed customer service a number of times with no response . Getting worried about my order
This is my second order . First order went smoothly

Update April 19th
Email sent to customer service again with no response
Tracking number still reads " electronic information submitted"

Update April 21st
Tried calling the customer service number and was sent to a voicemail box that had not been set up .
Sent ANOTHER email to customer service with no response
Tracking still says " electronic information submitted"
😣
Called phone number and was told it was not the right number

Update ....... Got email from John ... Package was resent out ... And received a $50 credit for the trouble .... I'm satisfied with this

They were just moving and have now gotten set up again. Orders shipped, customer service back, and they’re still the best in the game.

Have used this company on and off for a few month's with great success.

However in the new year here things seem to be a little more scrambled.

I have had several small issues with my recent orders, and though John has been trying to make things right i find having to "hound" customer service for my order to be sent seems very unprofessional.

Will be happy to update rating to 5 when my recent issues are rectified.

Place my order on the 5th of February, received an email on the 18th that my order was completed, but I've yet to receive it in the mail as of today. I will definitely change this review once I received the products I paid for. Benefit of the doubt. EDIT: package arrived on March 12th which is entirely too long.

They requirements don't matter when they don't even respond to applications after months. This is pretty much a closed off website and nothing but a waste of time for anyone trying to use it.

The verification criteria is apparently secret so even a response to a ToS friendly application might just give you the finger as others have alleged.

I hate to be negative but unfortunately it's the state of the site for many.

Very solid, trustworthy, and reliable... Just wish they had more selection in stock and were maybe a bit more affordable for certain products but overall, they are probably the best in the country at the moment!

I've ordered Several times From this company . I think everyone should know As of late Things have been Slightly Delayed. I think it's due to the popularity of the company And The Impact that coronavirus has had On Our mail systems . It may take Up to 4 weeks Or more To receive Your International order. I have always got responses from customer support Even if it takes several days. I as well and waiting on an order Or two But the orders eventually do come . This is a great company And I will shop here in the future .

I placed an order, and it was set to complete and a tracking number was placed on my conpkete page on the site. but the tracking number has shown nothing for the item for last 2 days and I have got no response of any emails for the last 2 days and still up until this point. Somewhat worried.

Website is well built. Selection and pricing are great. I also appreciate their screening process. I know this is a legitimate company, but it's been three weeks since I placed my order and I've still got nothing. I've ordered from other vendors in Canada to the US and received my orders in less than a week, usually no more than 2 weeks. I'll update to 5 stars if it comes soon or if I can get something worked out with support

I placed an order because their was a promo that includes free gifts for purchases made during the holidays. I was blown away with the generosity. Truly wasn't expecting such a good gift. Y'all made my day !!!

Keep in mind these guys always had my buisness and trust but the generosity they shown me really shows you they are a great company.

And even at full price without gifts these guys are worthy and definately the best on the market it Canada.

I wouldnt go anywhere else unless I was forced to for some reason. Keep up the good work cc y'all made one happy customer today.

edit: I was relieved when i was able to be assisted with my previous issue. I finally received my order on the 5th after i received customer support. Highly recommend

Just got permabanned upon registration with no indication of what went wrong whatsoever. At least if you have such a fragile terms of service have the decency of mentioning in what way it has been violated. Closing the door and ignoring emails is unfair for potential errors or misunderstandings.

This company is polished, takes great care in their packaging of the order, and are without a doubt one of the most reliable and trustworthy vendors in Canada.

Their free tracked shipping over $99 is great, their products are very well packaged and labelled. Sealed from light and labelled very distinctively and clearly. I have always ordered with full confidence with every order arriving with tracking number each time.

John makes this company amazing, the last order I placed with them, they added free samples to the order.

John has been great with responding to my questions. Unfortunately, I have not received my order after 4 weeks. Seems there may be difficulty sending things stateside. Will update with improved score if my order ever arrives

Edit: John and Canada Chems has reshipped free of charge. The companies continued responsiveness and friendliness deserve 3 stars alone. Will update to 4 if package ever arrives. Long ship times to US preclude a five star rating.

Edit 2: Packaged arrived safe and sound this time! Arrived about 14 days after reshipment which imo is a reasonable amount of time.

Canada chems is a good supplier for your research 8/10 could restock faster and carry the full Canadian stock but other then that good arrives 4 days tops
