Double Charged for product
Product is ok and was sent and delivered on time.
However, charged twice by the website. Have sent the details to them and tried to contact by phone no response. Ok if you want to pay double, but product not worth it really.
Bought one Access CBD oil 2400mg was charged for two
Company has come back here and asked me to reach out, when they have 2 emails from me asking what's happening and showing statements to them, which they haven't responded to. 10 days on still no correct refund and no response from their customer service email. Absolute joke will speak with bank and get their payment processor looked at as not only customer having issues with double charging. Was a 3 star, now bringing down to 1.

Mixed experience
300mg capsules, 3 per day (any more would make it too expensive! even at 3 for 2 offers). 10 days - little benefit observed whilst I've had an increase in frequency and severity of Raynauds attacks.
By contrast 250mg cream has certainly helped with chilblains on toes, with both pain and small splits. No effect, though on dry skin/eczema.

Bit of a mixed review really.
Bit of a mixed review really.
Start with the better which was BCannabis own brand Raw Oil in 500mg. Always had bad anxiety and I had an attack the day after I got some.
So I used it and it worked rather well. Taste was a little seedy so not sure how true the ingredients match to their YT videos.
Seeing the "Dr's" face made it feel very trustworthy. But on reflection knowing about the docs financial issues in the recent press I wander if this is just another pop up company 😬 grimace, oooops.
Also I had to ask and wait 2 days or so for lab reports. Which was great as they did reply (unlike others I've asked). But they looked far too consistent to be believable and all "in house" so no Eurofins or whatever 3rd party.
The "Endo Flow Vape"
I will be steering clear of any of these disposables from now on! This one certainly didn't last 700 puffs and to prime the thing and get it going was a nightmare.
Sorry I'll be going elsewhere next time.

Wouldn't it be better to start providing people with the external documents with every order so that confidence in your product can be established?
I hope this is just the industry catching up with many delayed processes. With legal medical cannabis which also contains a balance of THC and other cannabinoids (although these services are very far apart and having bad reviews) I'd expect the more accessible CBD products to be of not just better quality but also provided with more understanding information.
Raw cannabis oil isn't as thin as what you provide so it's misleading.
Also the process of which it was extracted isn't stated on the bottle?
The taste definitely resembles a seed like experience; hemp seed is the biggest and most available product and it's cheap, but I may be incorrect as these companies are restricted to one measly Sativa.L strain, which seems to be studied back from 1800's; when is the UK going to catch up with the USA?
The Endo flow vape; reports are not available even upon request to that company. All I received was:
What you want that for?
Of which my reply was, I'm legally entitled to it!
Wrong and who is to correct these issues and finally show a good example for other CBD companies to follow? Or does it already exist?

No effect at all, still suffering from sleepless nights, techy and irritable, taste was horrible but would have put up with it if helped with my symptoms, wouldn't recommend at all, sorry I could not have put a better review, was wishing this product would have been so much better
