I was after a couple of really hard to find Jellycat so I phoned customer services in the hope they may be able to help me.

I spoke to a lovely chap named Tim who went above and beyond to help me. He located the 2 items I was after and then arranged for them to be sent from the stores they were in, to him, before then sending them on to me.

He kept me updated all the way through with phone calls and emails. Honestly, he couldn't have been more helpful. The items were with me within a week. They arrived this morning and are everything I hoped they would be. Well packed and in perfect condition.

I have recently bought a gift for Christmas which hasn’t arrived and looks like has been lost by Royal Mail. After getting in touch with customer services regarding this delivery not being delivered the service I have received has been brilliant. I would definitely purchase again from this website.

I don’t like buying from places I don’t know but I ordered a runner duck jellycat teddy and it came within 3 days of ordering and is exactly what I wanted for a lot less that the normal price. Would recommend:)

Fantastic customer service from Campus Gifts this week. I placed an order on Thursday morning, it arrived on Saturday using the standard delivery option. Unfortunately one of the items I received was incorrect (it was a sign from the same range but with different wording to the one I'd ordered) I emailed on Saturday, had a response that afternoon and the replacement was sent out on Sunday. The issue was resolved without any hassle and I'd happily shop here again.

I purchased and received a counterfeit Ted baker manicure set.
I am more concerned because i was told they deal directly with ted baker...
Still waiting for my return label.

Terrible attitude from Christian at e-commerce. I was sent the wrong colour of item. It wasn’t cheap to but the response I got was that I was unreasonable to expect the person packing the item to actually check that it was the correct item before they packed it. I told them I hada disability so couldn’t return it but they didn’t seem to appreciate the feedback or admit that they were the ones at fault.

I am a long term customer and will no longer order from this company. Disgusting.

Do not believe a word he says. I told him several times I had a disability and he’s got a smug attitude because it’s his Dad’s business so he clearly thinks he can get away with it. He then blocked me on messenger because I said I was going to complain to the Managing Director (his Dad) so how am I meant to respond if he blocked me and there was nothing to respond to.

I just received two beautiful jellycat soft toys! Highly recommend jolie bunny 😍 They arrived on 2nd day after ordering, and wrapped in tissue before packaging! Very happy, and will use this company again!

Great website I’m just kicking myself for not finding it sooner, the range of gifts is fantastic and the prices great especially as I’m a yankee candle freak and to find a website that sells genuine Yankee candle products and a lot not just a selected few means I can save money by buying from this site because it’s actually cheaper than Yankee candle themselves! ( saying I save money is a stretch cause I actually just by more Yankee products LOL ) the order came quickly and I was informed of the delivery progress via email. As 2019 progresses I’m happy to say I will be a regular customer from this point on not looking back as I’m sure I’m getting the best deal around! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
