in the past when I purchased camera stuff from Amazon or Ebay, I sometimes came across this third party shop which offer competitive prices. after i realized that they have their own website selling at even lower price, I placed my first direct order on 9 Mar - which should also be the last order. after courier Evri lost track of the parcel on 12 Mar, I forwarded on 16 Mar to the centre a Evri message indicating the whereabouts of the parcel was unknown. Surprisingly, the centre offered no immediate resolution and insisted that they have to wait until 10 days after the dispatch. On 18 Mar, I forwarded to the centre another message from Evri confirming the lost of the parcel and suggesting me to contact the seller. the centre, instead of providing the resolution, replied me that they had forward my message to Evri for verification as if it was fabricated. No message or action from them since then. I write this review at 12pm 19 Mar.

Absolutely can't fault the staff at Camera Centre UK. Eveyone is friendly, knoweledgeable and helpful.
I went in looking to compare two camera bodies as I wasn't certain which would be more suitable for me and Tyler went through the pros and cons of each camera body for the work that I do. None of the staff were pushy and I came to a final conclusion on my own which was exactly what I wanted.
I stay loyal to this shop purely because of how helpful and kind the staff are. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to purchase camera kit or optics.
