I have used CambriLearn as a curriculum provider for my child and want to share my experience, especially for parents considering this platform.

While CambriLearn offers a comprehensive online curriculum with structured courses, resources, and support, it is crucial to understand that CambriLearn is not an all-in-one schooling solution. The platform provides the learning materials and guidance for students to prepare for external exams, but it does not handle exam registration for you.

What I found misleading is that, at first glance, CambriLearn appears to be a complete solution. However, the responsibility for registering as a private candidate for external exams (such as International GCSE, AS, or A Levels) falls entirely on the parents. This process involves researching exam centres, meeting registration deadlines, and paying separate exam fees, which are not included in CambriLearn’s tuition for these levels. The information about this important step is not made explicit enough during the sign-up or onboarding process - it’s hidden in the fine print.

To be clear:
• CambriLearn is a curriculum provider, not an exam centre.
• Parents must independently register their children as private candidates for external exams, often through organisations like the British Council.
• All coursework can be completed independently by students to prepare for these exams, but exam logistics are outside CambriLearn’s scope.

On a positive note, as a curriculum provider, CambriLearn meets the expected levels of excellence. The course materials are well-structured, the online platform is user-friendly, and the support resources are valuable for both students and parents. My child was able to work through the coursework independently and felt well-prepared for the exams.

I strongly recommend that CambriLearn improve its communication and make the distinction about exam registration much clearer upfront. Parents should be fully aware that while CambriLearn supports learning, the exam registration process is separate and requires proactive action from families.

If you are comfortable managing exam registration yourself and want a flexible, self-paced curriculum provider that delivers high-quality educational content, CambriLearn can be a good fit. But do not expect a full-service, all-in-one schooling and examination solution.

Fantastic service. Teachers give great advice and are supportive. The only thing I would look at is the time it takes to get tests/assignments marked. Sometimes its quick and other times its much longer. Turn around time uses to be a day when we first started.

I especially loved teacher Megan’s Monday live lesson. Can we please have more of those. The kids loved the adventure theme and won’t stop taking about it. Such a creative way to teach.

My daughter joined cambrilearn this year and has been enjoying the experience. It gives her the flexibility she needs for her tennis as well as her music lessons.

It has also taught her discipline as she can handle her work very well and obtains great results.

She is very happy with her lessons and there's minimal interruptions and if she can't attend she joins the recorded lessons so there is no being left behind on her studies.

A very good provider of online curriculum, they have the British curriculum and also CAPS, GCSEs and A level. The teachers are some of the best around and the prices are more affordable than others. Perfect for homeschool students. Engaging lessons and I am so glad I joined so I can take control of my sons education. Internationally recognised as well.
