We used a gift voucher to purchase wine for Christmas. Easy to use and excellent service. Delivery was only £3.50 as we live locally. We may just have found our new favourite wine shop, thanks!

Placed order
Placed order, money taken. Chased up after a week to be told there was no stock and it was the suppliers fault. No word of refund until pushed. Would never use again. Stay away!!

I can only apologise - yes, we screwed up. We are usually better at keeping customers updated when there is a problem or delay with their order. The supplier sent us fewer bottles than we were told were coming, but we still should have done a better job of keeping you informed. I do apologise.

Did not supply advertised and confirmed stock
Order confirmed by email. Money taken. 6 days later no delivery tracking information so I phoned.
Told verbally my order was cancelled as they didn't have the stock their email confirmed would be supplied.
No email about this or the refund of the money taken. The money was refunded promptly after the call but I wouldn't place another order.

I do apologise for the breakdown in communication. Our team who handles the orders is usually very good at keeping people informed of problems or delays in orders. While I can't explain why you weren't kept up to date, what happened is that the product in question was inadvertently make available before the stock arrived. When it did so, there were fewer bottles than we had ordered, and been told were being delivered. Unfortunately, that meant a few orders had to be cancelled. Again, I do sincerely apologise that you were not proactively contacted and kept informed of what happened.

Could not have been more helpful
Could not have been more helpful. I needed a bottle for a gift for delivery the next day after being let down by another supplier. I spoke with someone on the phone who held on to see my order through and make sure it was actioned straight away so I would receive it in time. Grade A service. The wine was fantastic as well.

Ordering process
Your website for ordering for my dad never allows me to use his bank card I have with POA on it.
I either have to ring or use my mine.
I did once try PayPal and the card was then used fraudulently.

What a refreshing change to deal with a company that does exactly what it says it will do.
Wine was ordered on Tuesday. I had instant confirmation of the order with an invoice and date of delivery. The wine was delivered well packed the following day.
