Wrong vintage
I ordered a 2019 vintage of a wine and received the 2020. When contacted the store they said that it was a mistake. What they had in stock was 2020 but for some error they were announcing 2019 on the website. The refund was offered to me but I used the 10% discount of my first order and I lost it with this mistake.
