Very fast shipping to the Netherlands, arrived in 2 days. And I always look forward to my order because it always includes candy.

I ordered here. I mostly order from LPV because of the high discounts, but I happened to find the Centaures Limited Edition here, which I couldn’t get anywhere else, so I placed the order. What stands out is that orders are often shipped the same day. The order was not packed in a box, but in an envelope, which is a big mistake. When I unpacked it, the outside of the product's box was slightly damaged. Items ordered here should be packed in boxes to prevent any damage to the contents. Another issue, which isn’t the webshop’s fault, was that DPD listed the number "0" in the postcode. Very strange, because that never happens with A&L or LPV. The customer service responds quickly and is very helpful, but despite the poor packaging, I’ve deducted 2 stars.

As with almost everything here in the Netherlands when its nice its forbidden or insanely expensive so I'm very happy with Calumette

Ich bin extrem enttäuscht. Ich habe bei Calumette aus Frankreich bestellt, ohne Hinweis darauf, dass beim Versand in die Schweiz hohe Verbrauchssteuern (0.20 CHF pro ml Nikotinliquid!) und Mehrwertsteuer anfallen. Am Ende musste ich über 165 CHF Zollgebühren nachzahlen – das ist teurer als die ganze Bestellung!

Der Shop weiss genau, dass viele Schweizer Kunden bestellen, informiert aber nirgends klar über diese Zusatzkosten. Das ist unfair und intransparent. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich niemals bestellt.

Warnung an alle Schweizer Käufer: bestellt hier nichts – die Zoll- und Steuerkosten machen die Ware völlig überteuert!
