Generally very smooth experience. You set up auto charge. When needed your card is charged & you continue using the service. Sometimes putting in codes etc throws me off bcuz of the inconvenience but overall it is a good choice if ur unable to use other forms of calls such as Whatsapp.

They always answer quickly and deal with any problems in a timely manner, and help me navigate the website.
HOWEVER, the company keeps 'losing' my credit card info so calling card does not recharge automatically, even when my credit card has stayed the same - annoying. Luckily they're easy to deal with on the phone.

We have tested the local access number you mentioned and found it to be working correctly. When you experience issues with the service, we recommend contacting our Support Team immediately so we can investigate.
As an alternative, if you have free minutes within the US, you can use a different local access number. Another option would be our free KeepCalling app, available for iOS and Android devices.

There when needed -
I've been using CallingCards.com for at least 15 years. I've never had a problem, the rates are very good, and the process of making a call is simple and straightforward. We use CC because I have relatives in South Korea. Our calling is sporadic but it only takes minutes to recharge on-line, even after months of neglect.

One day I was eating a meal in Subway. I heard this man sitting next to me telling{ someone about Calling. Card.com. I heard him say that Calling h card.com had good rates helpful friendly customer service. I’m a sitickler for friendly customer service. I had been using a calling card from another telephone company. Their rates rates were high and their customer service was a mess, I hated calling them. Their rates rates next day they discontinued their long distance service. I have no complaints , none whatsoever with Calling card.com. It’s so easy to make a call using Cred Card.com

Indeed we no longer offer access numbers in Italy. Still you can easily call if you use our KeepCalling app for smartphones.
Your CallingCards.com account can now be used directly from your Android/iOS device by using the free KeepCalling App.

All you need is a Wi-Fi or 3G/4G connection. When using 3G/4G, please check existing costs with your provider in order to prevent unexpected charges.
You can call and text your family and friends following these three simple steps:
1. Download our app for FREE
2. Log in to the App with email & password
3. Start calling or texting
To call, you have 3 easy options;
1. Keypad - simply dial the destination number (always start with country code).
2. Speed Dial - choose a number from your Speed Dial list which must start with country code.
3. Contacts - choose a number from your contacts. Please note that when dialing with "Contacts" the number should have a "+" sign and then country code etc. You can edit this in your native "Contacts".
To send an SMS text, simply...
- hit the SMS box on the "Keypad" tab
- select "New"
- select the number from your Address Book (Contacts) or Speed Dial
- type the message and hit "Send".
We also recommend that you set your caller-ID for the App. Customers who have their caller ID set report a higher successful connection rate and higher call quality.

You Can't Beat Calling Cards
I have been using Calling Cards for years. For only $10 a month I can call overseas as many times and for as long at a time as I want. I don't believe there is any better way to call so many places outside of the US. All you need is a phone number to call from and a pin number and your call goes right through.
