-Make sure you benefit from a strong Internet connection.
-Make sure you have the latest app version installed on your device.
-Make sure you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider.
-Set your Caller ID - this will ensure high quality. Go to your app menu and look for Caller ID, then follow the instructions. The Caller ID is the number showing up on the screen of the person you call.
As an alternative, you can try offline calling with the app. You can activate it in the Settings section of your app.
You can also try an access number in your area if you want to call without using the Internet. Please look for the city closest to you on this page: https://callindia.com/access_numbers.

We have two phones and whenever we get renewal notice or account management, we have no way to find which is the phone number for the account.
Your support is horrible and cannot reach easily - in fact impossible.

App is crashing each time and login issue each time
App is crashing each time. Each time trying to open the app, it’s asking for login. Customer service is poor. Hard to contact anyone with provided customer service number.

The services we offer are recurring plans, so you are automatically charged for them every month/3 months/6 months. This guarantees that you never run out of minutes and that you benefit from a very low rate. If you wish to use a different service, you can choose Voice Credit and personally buy credit whenever you need it. In this case, the rate for calls to India is 1.2¢/min.
