Not a good experience. Clothing does not match what website shows. Returns are for in-store credit only, even if you buy the exchange protection. If you don't buy this, you will be charged $10 for each exchange. True luxury clothing companies don't do this (this is a bush league company). Won't be shopping here again.

I’ve got my shipping address wrong when purchased the items. I emailed the consumer support and got an email back a day after, Riley Parker solved the issue right away. I’m here to leave the review. I’ve ordered many items from Cali Arts and they never disappointed me.
I’m very happy with the customer service they provided. I had an issue with a shipment, and they resolved it very quickly. They took the time to listen to my concerns and offer the best possible solution. I would definitely recommend them and will happily shop with them again.

Customer service was very good, I bought the ultra wide pleated trousers a size too big, they offered full refunds as well as paying for tailoring. All though I haven’t not had them tailored yet and received payment it was very good, only reason not for 5 stars is because the pants were too big otherwise good quality, good customer service with fast response time.
